From check in to check out, one of the best travel experiences we’ve had in Q. Roo! The property is so beautiful and well maintained… the jungle, monkeys, and multiple wildlife species heightened our sensory awareness so much. The resort’s food was super tasty; every evening was a different culinary theme with many options for each palate. Our room was clean and well appointed with no issues. Beach was clean with many activities taking place all day! Chairs are limited so stake your turf early. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Thank you Iberostar for making our 13th visit to MX outstanding!!

Excellent value. Food is very good - service is great!! Cleanliness is very good and the pools are beautiful and well maintained. The gardens are wonderful and a great place to relax. The beach and sea sand is as good as anywhere we have visited

Awesome hotel, jungle and all inclusive mixed
Wonderful hotel. Great rooms, fantastic pool and excellent easy going staff. Problems were attended to promptly. The all inclusive really was fabulous, plenty of restaurants and a la carte food was included was great (although most was same as what was on the buffet) buffet plentiful, didn’t really have to leave resort. Had a fun crowd with lots of gusts mingling. Ice cream at the beach was only let down, but I’ll get over that. The entire vibe was just great! Thank you

Jan 08, 2025Good place to stay, we would recommend it, you get what you pay for.
We have been in other iberostar hotels and this one is just like the others. It is a bit old, but the rooms are very comfortable and good in size. We were positively surprised with the quality and variety of the menu in the “buffet” restaurant. The hotel has a lot of things to do: tennis courts, beach football, beach volleyball, pool tables, ping pong, gym, etc, and the beach in front of the hotel is fantastic. You could say the hotel is a little bit “noisy” because all the shows and everything, but one could say this is the counterpart for all the amusement activities they have. Even though this has nothing to do directly with the hotel, we stayed in a room that faced to the hotel next door, which had very loud shows in the evening (until 22:45)… I couldn’t say it is a complain, but is good to know. In general, we liked the hotel and enjoyed our stay, and we would recommend it.
