From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely amazing, but what truly made our stay unforgettable were two incredible individuals: Abraham, the activities coordinator, and Diego, the mixologist. Abraham made us feel right at home from day one, always full of energy and with amazing ideas to make every moment at the hotel special. The mixology class with Diego was, without a doubt, the highlight of our trip and the best experience of our lives! Not only did we learn how to make spectacular cocktails, but it also felt like a comedy show at the same time. We had so much fun, laughed endlessly, and learned a lot. Their passion and dedication made this experience unique and unforgettable. If you’re staying at Impression Isla Mujeres, don’t miss the chance to join their activities. From creative workshops to cultural experiences, every detail was carefully planned, and his warm, friendly energy made us feel like we were in the best hands. Abraham’s passion for creating memorable moments is unmatched—he truly elevates the guest experience. Diego, the mixologist, is an artist in his own right. My first impression
Rebecca, gave us a great bike tour! The hotel is amazing and the service is great and with good feeling not fake in other words. Food of course was exceptional. Great views also! Well worth it - different types of entertainment. Amazing selection of tequilas. My girlfriend loved the jacuzzi in the room. Excellent rooftop.

Time to recharge your batteries
If you want parties and music this is not the place for you. If you want a beautiful resort with great staff so that you can rest, relax, and recharge that this is the place for you. Take advantage of the activities offered everyday. We enjoyed the bike tour and the traditional Mexican cooking class led by Rebecca.

Great Staff!
Such a lovely property. We didn’t stay here but just purchased a day pass to enjoy the rooftop pool. The staff was amazing and very attentive. One of the staff, Jared, came by while we were in the pool and made us some Mexican crafts. He was so fun to chat with and practice our Spanish. The views at the hotel can’t be beat. We definitely come back on our next trip to the island.
