    Would recommend!

    We went in April and had an absolute blast. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous. The teams involved at every level were incredibly friendly from room service, restuarants service, entertainment team, to people maintaining the grounds. The live music was incredible and really set the mood for the day. The live music was played throughout the day in different locations (breakfast-dinner). The market café was all you can eat and we looked forward to seeing Diana's smiling face every morning. Roberto and Saul helped us by the pool get our chairs situated and the umbrellas for shade. A special shout out to the team members from the entertainment team that filled our days with activities and joy. Daniella and Jessica really brought good energy to bingo. We had so much fun playing beach and pool volleyball with Jessica, Julio, Christian, Daniella, Gabriella, Monica, Axel, José, Giovanni, Miguel, and Sergio. Felix really brought the energy to the party with Zumba and every time we walked past each other after. We made friendship bracelets with Jessica, Monica, and Isle. Daniella, Aranza, and Jazmin got everyone dancing at the club. Gabriella made us feel sore after a nice class of water aerobics. Felix and Jessi really kicked our pompas in pool casino, but at least we had fun! One final special shout out and thank you to Jessica for making us feel welcome here and being with us our whole trip.

    Playa del Carmen was awesome. Thanks for the entertainment crew for making it so memorable!

    We had a great time in Playa del Carmen! We spent four days here with a group of six and had a blast doing activities, relaxing, and enjoying tons of refreshing drinks. The entertainment crew and other staff really made the trip for us! Shoutout to Jessica, Gabriella, Monica, Daniella, Sergio, Julio, Felix, Christian, Isle, Aranza, Jazmin, Miguel, Axel, Jose, and Giovanni! You all made the trip such a fun time - from volleyball and water aerobics to bingo and tearing up the dance floor. Also thank you Saul and the other staff for always moving our umbrellas to keep us shaded and even cleaning our sunglasses!

    Top hotel and top staff!

    What an amazing hotel! Great food and vibe for everyone. Love the entertainment every day, Aranza and Serigo are great people that made our trip! Also, mentioning Miguel, Jessica, Gabriela, Juleo, Monica, Daniella and Christian who provided great entertainment and energy across all the activities. The bar staff and waiters/waitress' are also top ensuring we had a great experience. Overall, would recommend to anyone looking for a great get away and all inclusive!

    Highly recommend!! 10/10

    The service is great, and the food is amazing, the people working here are going out of their way to make our stay the best. Highly recommend going here as this is the best resort I have ever been to. Shoutout to Aranza, Sergio, Jessica, Monica, Miguel, Julio, Cristian, Daniela and Gabriela for making our stay. Really enjoyed the activities by the pool with them, especially the pool volleyball.

    Not as good as the first time

    2nd visit to this resort, last visit was 2023. While we had an enjoyable vacation, we were surprised on some changes that seem to have taken place. Lack of sun umbrella at the lagoon and on the beach, lack of staff at the lagoon and beach. Lagoon bar closed, causing delays getting drinks. Bamboo, Suki, Dol Almos were really good restaurants as was the morning buffet. Italian was ok, didn't visit french. Service elevator was down, so they were using the guest elevator, no issue there but when it arrives at your floor, they also wouldn't come out to give it to the guest, you just had to wait (there are only 2 elevators, 1 service, 1 guest). Tv issues 3 times, overly scented rooms, even the toilet paper was scented, same in the gym area. Upon checkout, not even asked how our stay was. Again, we still had a good time but temper expectations.
