  Fabulous hotel well situated close to Champs Elysses and Metro.

  A fabulous hotel well situated to be able to walk or catch the Metro to all attractions. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The water pressure is a bit on the low side but the bathroom is adequate. The breakfast is plentiful and always hot. The coffee is the best we have had so far.

  Paris in April 3025

  My husband and I first trip to Paris. It was booked through Gate1 and it was very nice. The breakfast was very good with large cup of coffee the way Americans are use to. We walked to the The Arc de Triomphe so not to far away. The lobby is large. The concierge’s desk was very helpful for us.

  Small rooms

  Rooms are very small. I booked 3 rooms , 1 was supposed to be a family suite, they gave us 2 connected rooms instead. Complained they said they are fully booked and couldn’t accommodate my request. Rooms don’t have a luggage rack. I asked for it, and they had to talk to the manager, after all they brought me one luggage rack. As a Marriott Platinum Elite member, I usually get an upgraded suite, they said they gave an upgraded suite but the room is the same one my son is staying without an upgrade. So it’s a lie. So disappointed.

  Hotel Has Seen Its Best Days---Really Needs Renovations

  Arrival and check in at the hotel were fast and efficient. The room was extremely tiny considering the price. The bed was imbalanced and slumped to one side. The bathroom was dirty and never really cleaned throughout the stay. The walls had all sorts of nasty matter. The water bottles were some reusable type with off tasting tap water (bring your own). The hotel is located in an excellent location; however, really needs renovations. The door to our room and others on the hall had large chunks of wood missing from the door. The hotel is one of the largest in Paris and full of tourists and flight attendants and convention goers. Breakfast is absolute chaos with lines to enter out the door. I recommend eating breakfast at one of nice cafes around the corner. To conclude, the hotel has seen its best days and until renovations are made, I do not recommend unless the prices are seriously lowered to meet the lower standards of the hotel.

  Outstanding Service

  I cannot say enough good things about the staff of Le Meridien Etoile. Feel taken care of and safe at this hotel. I am a solo female business traveler that arrived late in the day. The restaurant was happy to accommodate me although they were soon closing. I never felt rushed and my food was delivered promptly. I must commend my waiter whose name I did not get a chance to ask. Being tired, doing a call with the US, I left several valuable items at my dinner table including my iPods and my brand new pair of Meta glasses. He hunted me down after calling my room several times. I cannot say enough about the quality of this individual, as well as the wonderful woman working the HH elite counter (I am not elite) who jumped from behind the desk when several of my items spilled during check in. I travel globally and i have yet to see employees jump to help clients in the matter of those of the Le Meridien Etoile. The biggest test will be tomorrow, I am expecting an Amazon delivery after my check out. It is so imperative that I get the delivery of my nebulizer. I have asthma and my nebulizer literally caught on fire yesterday due to the current. I am hoping that the hotel can blow my mind yet again. Meridien management, please do reach out to the waiter who was working at 10PM on Mar 31. He is the kind of person that makes people come back to a hotel.
