  Awesome stay

  The staff are very attentive also our butler Danny was amazing thus was our second stay here and would definitely be back the grounds and beach and every staff member we came in contact with always smiled and said hello we really enjoyed our stay here

  Highly recommend!!!

  Miguel from the restaurant Le Gourmet went above and beyond every time we visited. Henry was our butler and he provided us top notch service and was always very accommodating to us! Beautiful resort with amazing staff all around! I would definitely go back!

  Great week at Majestic Colonial

  I had a super fun trip with my friend. I had gone to the mirage a four times with my husband and we loved it but since he has passed I thought I would try something new. The colonial is lovely but you can certainly tell the difference in service, food and accommodations at the resorts. The mirage is more sleepy and relaxing exactly what I wanted travelling with my husband. The food was excellent and the service was so consistent it was perfect! The colonial on the other hand it was not consistent and the butlers didn’t really act like butlers, or at least ours didn’t, he did make reservations and arrange for our late checkout but that was it so I would say more of a concierge than a butler. There were a few real standouts for sure …. and I think they would have even stood out at the mirage, they really added to our stay. Elpidio (the 3rd) and Miranne at the Gormet were so lovely, the service was so attentive, and once we found out about the breakfast we were there everyday. My friend had a gluten allergy and they took great care of her food and us, they were so sweet! Johan at the plaza bar created such a fun vibe for everyone! He certainly knows how to mix a great cocktail as well. We met so many wonderful people and most of them through Johan as well, he built a little community around the bar the week we were there and it was so fun. This really made this resort so fun!

  Majestic Resorts Punta Cana

  During our recent trip to Punta Cana (January 2025) , we had the opportunity to experience three of the Majestic resorts: Majestic Colonial, Majestic Elegance, and Majestic Mirage. Each property offers a unique experience, yet all share the same commitment to providing exceptional service and beautiful settings. In this review, I’ll take you through our experiences at each of these resorts, highlighting the key aspects of their accommodations, dining, amenities, and overall atmosphere. Whether you’re traveling as a couple, family, or group, there’s something for everyone. Majestic Colonial The Majestic Colonial is a well-maintained property that offers a lively and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for families and groups. While the resort’s overall decor leans toward a more traditional and older style, certain areas—like the impressive lobby—still has a sense of elegance. However, the room blocks and some parts of the property could benefit from updates to bring them in line with modern standards. It’s worth noting that renovations may be on the horizon, which could further enhance the experience. We stayed in a fantastic swim-out ocean-view room, which offered a spacious junior suite , stocked fridge , jacuzzi tub in the room and the patio , table and chairs along with a few lounge chairs and easy pool access. Housekeeping did a great job keeping our room clean. When friends visited us for a couple of days, the resort placed them close by in another ocean-view room—this thoughtful touch made our stay even more enjoyable. The resort also offered us a butler to assist with our stay. The butler (Juan) was helpful, especially with managing a few aspects of our stay like some restaurant reservations, the oasis day and the spa reservation. We did have access to the Colonial Club was a nice bonus. This private lounge provided a relaxing atmosphere with refreshments throughout the day, including continental breakfast items, afternoon snacks and evening snacks like finger sandwiches,salad, cheese board and fresh fruit. You had access to wines, beers, spirits, coffee, and water, making it a convenient and peaceful spot to unwind. The beach at Majestic Colonial is absolutely beautiful—well-maintained, pristine, and perfect for relaxing or taking a stroll. We enjoyed the Oasis area , which started with breakfast and enjoyed the use of the cabana , and excellent way spending time relaxing for the day. Dining: We enjoyed dinner at the Japanese restaurant and the Steakhouse. Ate breakfast one morning in the buffet and also one day in the French restaurant which you can order breakfast off the menu. Lunch at the beach side restaurant area impressed us with its variety, and the shawarma was especially delicious! Drinks: The lobby bar was a favorite spot for coffee and for excellent cocktails. We also enjoyed spending time in the courtyard area, which offered early entertainment. Each evening there was a nice variety of entertainment, I love the beach parties. We also visited the Blossom spa and had a wonderful relaxing message and use of the hydrotherapy area. Majestic Colonial is a well-rounded resort with a variety of dining choices , a beautiful beach, and thoughtful service. While the decor may not feel as modern as some other properties, the fantastic beach and enjoyable amenities make for a wonderful getaway. Majestic Elegance Majestic Elegance lives up to its name with a beautiful and well-maintained property, offering a balance of luxury and comfort. Although we weren’t staying here during our trip, we had the chance to visit friends and explore parts of the resort, leaving us with a very positive impression. Grounds: The property is meticulously maintained, with lush landscaping and elegant design throughout. The resort exudes a sophisticated yet welcoming ambiance. Rooms: From what we saw, the rooms are modern, spacious, and well-appointed. Based on our visit, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here in the future. Pool and Bar: We spent some time with our group of 12 friends at the pool and the lower lobby bar. Both were fantastic spots to relax and socialize, with the bar serving as a lively yet comfortable area for drinks and conversation. I did have lunch at the beachside restaurant, food was very good, I had some pasta that was made to order and a cheese burger which was pretty good. Overall, the Elegance offers a mix of tranquility and vibrant energy, making it an appealing choice for various types of travelers. Majestic Elegance is a great choice for couples, groups, and adults looking for a resort that combines upscale amenities with a welcoming and polished vibe. Majestic Mirage Of the three Majestic properties, the Majestic Mirage stands out as the most luxurious and refined. This all-suite resort exudes exclusivity, with its exceptional service, attention to detail, and impressive amenities. During our stay, it quickly became clear that the Mirage offers a superior experience in every aspect. One of the standout features of the Mirage is its delightful coffee shop. I love this coffee shop . It offers a wide variety of specialty coffees, cappuccinos, espressos, and even milkshakes. The beautifully presented desserts add a touch of elegance to every visit, making this spot a favorite for a midday treat or a relaxing break. Dining: The restaurant offerings are exceptional, with a diverse selection of cuisine and an emphasis on quality and presentation. Every meal felt like a fine dining experience, reflecting the resort’s commitment to excellence Attention to Detail: The staff at Majestic Mirage go above and beyond, ensuring every guest’s needs are met with care and efficiency. From the immaculately kept grounds to the personalized service, it’s clear that attention to detail is a top priority here. A Star Employee – Raul M. with F& B - Among the amazing staff through each of the properties, Raul stood out as the perfect example of excellence. My husband and I have been visiting Punta Cana for over 25 years, and we’ve had the pleasure of getting to know Raul. We first met him at another property, and thanks to his exceptional service, as well as the influence/guidance of another very special individual we have known , we now choose to visit Majestic Resorts. Raul is the perfect example of excellence—his dedication to providing top-tier service and his ability to mentor his team make him stand out. He embodies the highest standard of hospitality, and his friendly demeanor and professionalism make our visit unforgettable. Majestic Mirage is perfect for travelers seeking the ultimate luxury experience. It’s ideal for couples, honeymooners, and anyone looking to indulge in a high-end, all-inclusive getaway

  Solo birthday trip

  I was nervous about coming here by myself I stayed in the club adult only part. Wonderful resort my butler Edith was sweet and nice she decorated my room for my birthday made reservations for me and has been checking on me throughout the day making sure I was okay she is my new friend I love her 1000/10 recommend Edith as my butler again she did a fantastic job making sure I didn’t feel alone for my birthday
