Apr 24, 2025Epic 2 weeks. Gorgeous resort, amazing staff and all the little touches to make it perfect for us! We’ll see you again!
Stunning resort! This is our second time at Majestic Costa Mujeres. We again chose the Elegance Club (adults only) swim up suite/plunge pool with outdoor jacuzzi. (Gorgeous!) And the beach is close and the water is paradise blue. But what sets this resort apart is the staff. They’re INCREDIBLE! The Cheer swim up bar was just off the porch and **Enrique took care of us all day, every day! The pool side service was fantastic too. (Thanks **Angel and Baez!) **Paco, our butler made sure we had everything we needed and ensured everyone knew it was our anniversary so we felt extra special! **Rosario kept our room consistently clean. She is so lovely! **Salvador was our host at Blossom Spa. The kindest heart! And sweet, sparkly **Diana from the entertainment team chatted with us every day by the pool and made sure we knew about all the fun things happening. All the hostesses and waiters at Flavors were so sweet. We went there nearly every day for breakfast. And then we met **Wily at the steakhouse, the most fun waiter ever! We talked all things gin. And then he set up a beautiful anniversary table for us on our last night. Swans, heart napkins, special drinks…the works! (Mad skills, that guy!) Thank you, Majestic for your attention to detail and excellent service . And please thank your incredible staff for us. Already planning our next visit!

Second time here!! We will be back!!!
Immaculate resort! Second time here and it did not disappoint! We will be back again. Our swim up room was beautiful and clean. The pools were amazing and beach was stunning. But what sets this resort apart are the staff. Everyone was attentive to us and went out of their way to make our anniversary special. Paco our butler who took care of our needs and requests. Rosario our wonderful maid who cleaned our room daily. Willy a server at Don Juame Restaurant who took time to get to know us and even arranged a special meal for our anniversary. Side note, order the Willy Special you won’t be disappointed. Enrique our pool side bartender at Cheer swim up bar who made our drinks exactly how we liked them. Baez our poolside bartender who always remembered our exact drink orders. Then our “Princess” Diana from the entertainment team who always made sure we had fun. Salvador from Blossom Spa who was generous with his energy creating and relaxed happy experience. Thanks to you all!!! We will not forget this experience.

Great deal!
This all inclusive resort was well worth the price. Our butler Renee was the best!!! All the staff was accommodating Would definitely come again. The spa rivaled any other top notch resort spas. The platinum experience during our anniversary was a service I would recommend.

The most incredible vacation we have ever had!!
Absolutely incredible all around. The service was amazing. The food was unbelievable in all the restaurants including the buffet, always monitored and tested which was unbelievable to see. The rooms were above my expectations, so clean, comfortable and always made up with something special thrown in for either housekeeping or your very own personal butler! The entertainment staff I need to say was incredible! Ollie was the shining light, always top of our group conversations about how amazing he is and how amazing how he goes above and beyond to make our experience the most memorable, he was incredible! Thank you Ollie and Tito for making our last evening together so special! The server at the Mar house Freddie was unbelievable!!! Thank you for the most unreal vacation we have been on!! From the bottom of my heart and my family Thank you Majestic 🙏🏽

Amazing service
Not my full review. But must give props to Ollie, you are amazing my buddy. He just arranged a private champagne celebration on the beach at night after our last night dinner with a group of friends. Wonderful experience. And very touching. We will be back.
