9 Doors Japanese restaurant is located on the ground floor of the lobby and is divided into the sushi bar and Teppanyaki area. In the Sushi Bar you will find an excellent and elaborate selection of sushi and 8 Teppanyakis, with capacity for 10 people and six sittings per day, you can have a real experience of show cooking whilst enjoying Japanese cuisine.
Table Reservation are required for teppanyaki. No reservation required for the Sushi Bar.

In a typically Italian atmosphere, the restaurant Il Botaccio offers a dinner service with the best and most representative dishes of Italian cuisine. In addition, during the morning and midday, Il Botaccio opens its doors to Elegance Club customers to serve breakfast and for an a la carte lunch. Restaurant will remain open for breakfast and lunch, exclusively for guests staying at the Elegance Club (Adults only 18+ section).

Another amazing trip to the Majestic Elegance
We just returned from our second stay at the Majestic Elegance. It was another amazing week, lots of fun in the sun. Our room was very nice, close proximity to the beach which we love. The restaurants were awesome and reservations were extremely easy. Our butler Juan is the best and we will always request him. He checks in with us daily and can be reached at all times. The beach was beautiful and lots of shade, if needed. Our favorite bar is the beach bar. The staff of Maxima, Santa, Angelina, William and Joel. The staff is what truly makes this resort. We cannot say enough about the staff, people including us return because of them.❤️💚

Fantastic hotel - Arling - Great Butler
Majestic Elegance was everything we wanted and needed. Staff were polite and courteous. The food was great, especially in the french and steakhouse restaurants. The buffet had a lot of variety although it could have been hotter. We reserved Club and our butler, Arling, was an absolute gem. He made certain to see us every day to ensure everything was going great. He saw to all our requests and went beyond our needs and expectations. We loved Arling. The hotel is extremely lucky to have him on its staff and we will certainly request him on our next visit. Thanks for all your help Arling.

THE BEST ALL INCLUSIVE RESORT
We had an absolutely amazing stay at Majestic Elegance in Punta Cana! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. Our butler, Santiago, was fantastic—always attentive and ready to assist with anything we needed, making our stay even more special. Walliam, who worked by the pool and beach, was a true highlight of our trip. He was so helpful, funny, and made us feel right at home. His upbeat personality really added to the experience! Marcos and Katy at the piano bar were incredibly friendly and talented. They crafted the best drinks we had throughout our entire stay, and their warm hospitality made the evenings even more enjoyable. Our room was beautiful—spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The pool area and beach were pristine, offering the perfect spots to relax and unwind. We spent plenty of time enjoying both, and they never disappointed. As for the dining, every restaurant we visited exceeded our expectations. The food was consistently delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Whether it was a casual meal by the beach or a more formal dinner, the quality and flavors were outstanding. Overall, Majestic Elegance made our vacation unforgettable. The combination of exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, and amazing food made it the perfect getaway. We can't wait to return!

Friendly spot!
We stayed at the Majestic Elegance for 3 weeks. Almost always made a stop at the bar in the lower lobby before dinner. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm smile from Manuel, our favorite bartender, whose knowledge of cocktails is second to none—he'll guide you through the impressive collection and find the perfect drink to suit your taste. He always had a perfect cosmopolitan ready. Miguel, Roberto, Alexander, Yaneiri, Carolina, Sandra, Mari and Gregorio behind the bar are always ready with a friendly smile and a knack for mixing the most delicious, refreshing cocktails. The vibe here is always fun but never overcrowded, which makes it the ideal spot for a laid-back evening with friends. The staff has managed to create a perfect balance of friendly service, great drinks, and a welcoming ambiance. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a top-tier bar experience!
