    Adequate

    My husband and I stayed here for our 17th anniversary April 19-22. The food was good, the drinks subpar, but the service was GREAT. The resort is super clean and smells amazing at every turn. The room is decorated with a lot of detail in mind, and the bed is comfortable. The entertainment staff was ok, but I think they are still new so, they are still working on perfecting their craft. I don't think I would stay at this resort again because it was very D.I.Y. and that is not necessarily my thing. It was small and maybe ok for 2-3 nights, but not for me. So while I didn't hate it, I would return. My husband however loved it. Go figure....

    Relaxing Visit

    The excellent service brings us back time after time! Our butlers, Mariel and Karen were superb. Charly, the pool concierge made each day at the pool a wonderful highlight. There is a pool for everyone...party pool, quiet pool, lounge pools. Angeles and Yolanda absolutely transported us at the spa. The staff are so friendly and gracious. Our room was spectacular and immaculate. And the food...YUM! Room service was timely, hot and delicious. We'll be going back very soon!

    A perfect escape, unforgettable stay with friends.

    Absolutely, here’s a shorter version: ⸻ Review: Margaritaville Island Reserve Riviera Maya The highlight of my stay was the outstanding team at the Salted Rim bar—Victor (the best mixologist), Gibran, Luis, Angel, and Alain are true mixology pros who create the best drinks I’ve ever had. Their passion and friendliness made every visit to the bar unforgettable. The resort’s vibe is fantastic, thanks to the attention to detail from the entire staff. Our butler Isaac was always helpful and thoughtful. Mornings were extra special with stretching and yoga led by Mariel and Ángel, who bring great energy and warmth. Noel at the Boathouse also stood out for his attentive service. This is a resort where every staff member makes you feel genuinely welcome. If you want great cocktails, amazing staff, and an uplifting atmosphere, you’ll love Margaritaville Riviera Maya!

    Better than alright

    My wife and I went here. It is a good resort. Small but good. All the people who work there are great! Each and every one was willing and ready to help. It was hard getting a reservation to the Italian but our butler Alphonso worked it out for us. The dining is limited, but all the food was quite tasty, we liked Land Shark the most. The main pool was a lot of fun and servers kept the drinks flowing! I think it is better limited to 3-4 days, other than that you will probably be ready to go. Nice little resort, would return on a great deal maybe.

    Awesome trip

    Great vacation! Armando and Enrique were great butlers and took great care of us. Charlie the pool butler would make sure to move the umbrella so I did not get sunburned. Great food, service, and drinks. Rooms and restaurants were very clean.
