Everything was great. The food at Mole & tacos restaurant was amazing! Justo and Jorge were great too! Erik, Edilberto & Felipe, were great bar tenders also! Mexican night at the buffet, breakfast at the fish house and the silent party were my favorites

Honeymoon
Edilberto Aguilar is amazing. He introduced us to new drinks and knew what we liked. Everyone needs to visit him at the Mole bar. You won’t be disappointed. Try the crazy monkey and the Mexican candy. You won’t go away thirsty. He is by far the best bartender on the island.

Property is older but well maintained. Staff were outstanding, friendly and helpful. Room was basic, but clean and comfy. Thoroughly enjoyed the zumba and aerobic classes held in the pool. Osmondo and April were top notch instructors and made class a lot of fun. Treated myself to a massage and Candalaria was a wonderful masseuse. Food was good in the restaurants, and the buffet, while limited in options, was decent (avoid the mashed potatoes). Many activities for adults and children, and shows nightly. And the beach is gorgeous.

Fantastic
This is a fantastic place to be! The Service is incredible from everyone who workd there (incl. the general Mnager we met). Leopoldo was our waiter and his Service was outstanding (very good) also how he treats the people so lovely. Thanks Melia & thanks Leopoldo ;-) I love this place and the people.

Would stay again.
I liked it better the 1st time I stayed, then I was waited on at the pool and I could order any drink, just not top shelf liquor, which I didn't mind, also the cabanas were 1st come first serve. To get that service now, you have to pay $30 extra a day per person. For the 3 of us that would have been $630. I can walk to the bar and not get premium liquor and got without the cabana for that amount of money. It's just that I paid more (prices do go up) and I got less service. I still like it there, beautiful rooms and view and most of the people are very friendly. We have to give a special shout out to Diego who went above and beyond.
