We stayed at the Level and had a wonderful time. Everyone was so helpful, especially concierges Maxwell and Jorge, drivers (Jean Carlos and many others), security, receptionists, everyone. Food is very good compared to other all-inclusives. Muoi was my favorite of many excellent restaurants. Beach and pool were busy but we were always able to find a seat. The massage and common area at Yhi spa were some of the best I’ve experienced. Housekeeping from Roseka (unsure of spelling) was also a delight. I will recommend this to others and hope to visit again before too long.

Outstanding Service at Meliá Wellness Resort
I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jeisel Garcia during my stay at Meliá Wellness Resort, and I can’t say enough good things about his service. As a bellhop and shuttle driver, Jeisel was not only efficient and dependable but also incredibly warm and welcoming. He greeted us with a genuine smile every time, handled our luggage with great care, and made sure our transfers were smooth and stress-free. Jeisel went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always offering helpful suggestions and answering questions with patience and professionalism. His positive attitude and attention to detail truly enhanced our experience at the resort. Employees like Jeisel make all the difference. Thank you for your outstanding service!

I went with friends, its a pretty small hotel, i requested a few items through the app to my room which they send a notification saying it was solved but it wasn’t, the food was good but there is almost no variety at all , the buffet its way smaller compared to other resorts in Punta Cana. If u want a snack lat eat night u will have to walk to the hotel next door to get it and tbh it’s pretty much the left overs from the dinner buffet. The pool and the beach are very average/nice , overall it’s an OK “resort” but it’s definitely overpriced based on what they offer.

Great employees make for a good experience at Melia
Jeisel Garcia is an asset to the resort. It's good to see a fresh smiling face when you enter a resort for vacation. He took our bags to the room and was a delight the whole way. He put the bags in a specific place instead of leaving them at the door. When we needed transportation, he made sure to always stop when he saw us walking. He would always say hi to us when we saw him throughout the resort.

Best Resort Ever
While I'm not professional travel reviewer, I'm pretty well seasoned with around 20 trips to the Caribbean under my belt. My wife and I have been to DR (several times), Mexico (several times in Cancun and once in Akumal), Jamaica, St. Maarten and the Bahamas. Of all the resorts we have been to, this might be the best. The grounds of the resort are the most beautiful I've ever seen and the staff are amazing. The layout is very long (about 3/4 mile from main lobby to beach) but there are 10 or 12 passenger golf carts running one end to the other constantly. There is a group of rooms near the lobby end (I think those are called garden view) and then there are "beach side" suites which are on the end near the main pool and beach. I highly recommend the ones on the beach side as that is where we spent most of our time and it was easy to get to the lobby at night for dinner. The other choice is whether you want to book "Level". That lets you access an extra restaurant, a couple of bars with higher end liquor (one of which is a rooftop bar overlooking the ocean) and free massages at the spa. The Level also includes a butler or concierge. A lot of resorts I've been to that had butlers they were essentially useless but the ones here are incredible. They are all over the resort, and you will see them in the lobby, by the pool, in the restaurants, everywhere. They are genuinely friendly, remember you, and go out of their way to make you feel special. I have to give a huge shout out to Eddie, Juan and Daniel in particular. These guys made us feel like celebrities as well as getting us extra perks at dinner (complimentary filet mignon brought out that was legitimately the best steak I've ever had at a resort), arranging a beautiful honeymoon scene in the room with rose petals, champagne and a special cake, and constantly checking in with us about anything we needed. As I said before, my wife and I have been to many different resorts of different price classes etc , but this may have been the best trip we have ever taken. We will absolutely be back again and I can't recommend this place highly enough. If you want to go to a place that looks like paradise and be treated like somebody special, come here for sure.
