Was visiting a friend who was guest at the hotel in the morning for breakfast, unbeknownst to Rosamaria the Maitre d’ I was just coming out of hospital with an injury and still welcomed and offered me coffee and biscuits and truly courteous. Also had a chance to visit the rooms which are exceptional with amazing unobstructed views of Napoli.

Great location, spacious and clean rooms and very friendly staff - what you need more?
Very good, central location, breathtaking views of the city and the harbour and professional, polite staff. Especially Rosamaria brightened my day with her smile, outstanding service and friendliness. As a Neapolitan, she gave me insider information on what to do and where to go - none of she said is in the tourist guides. I hope to see her again when I come back!

The NH Napoli Panorama Hotel is a solid choice for travelers. Its location is excellent, offering easy access to local attractions. The breakfast is decent, providing a good start to the day, and the rooms are clean and comfortable, though nothing particularly luxurious. Overall, it’s a reliable hotel with good value for the price.

Great location close to everything
People at the front desk greet you with kindness and they will try to make you feel at home. Loved the room (although it was a little small). The cleanness, The furniture and the AC. We didn't try the food, but there were a lot of people on the buffet every morning.

Central location. Amazing Views. Delicious breakfast.
This hotel is perfect for getting around Naples. It is local to all the main attractions. Be sure to wear comfy footwear as you will walk alot. We made our way from Naples Airport by public transport which was very straight forward. We returned in a taxi which was €25. Taxis waited outside the hotel or reception would call you one. Our welcome at reception was very warm. I didn't get the name of the person who checked us in, but he was excellent. Gave us a map and told us where all the main attractions were. I used that map throughout our trip. We were upgraded to a room with a view. As we arrived in the evening, we didn't get the full effect of the view until the morning. Wow! What a sight. We were looking out over the harbour, sea with Vesuvius in thr background. If you plan to stay here I would definitely recommend breakfast. There was so much choice for all tastes. Definitely worth the money. Room was comfortable, not huge but plenty of space for the amount of time we stayed in it. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay in Naples.
