Jan 13, 2025A Great Hotel In Naples
I spent 4 nights at this Hotel. I am a NH platinum level so I was supposed to get a room upgrade. The room was basically the same as the bottom level room sea view on the 20th floor. The room was so small my wife and I were tripping over each other. It had one small window so basically one had to go to the window and crane your neck to se anything. I would estimate this room to be 150 Sq. ft. I went down to reception and spoke with Daniella. She told me I could be upgraded to the top (30th floor) seaview for 50 euros a nite more. I reiterated I was a platinum member and my room was actually available currently on the hotels website for less then what I was being charged. She said she would talk to the manager & I should get back with her in the afternoon. I did so & she told me I could have the superior sea view room on the 30 th floor for 30 euros per night more. I told her that was acceptable to me. We went out and came back later they had all of our luggage moved to the superior room. When we walked in for the first time it was breathtaking. The windows were floor to ceiling and the entire length of the room. The view of Naples harbor was magnificent. The room was easily double the size of the basic room, if not larger, including the bathroom. There was also a nice sofa which made into a bed. The desk was large and it had a refrigerator and coffee maker.These rooms are on the top floor so there is no one pacing over you. Daniella and Karmen at the front desk were both very sympathetic and accommodating. They should get a raise! I would like to add the hotels location was the best! It is right in the middle of everything! You can walk to anywhere within 10 mins. Hundreds of restaurants around, you can walk to the Fortress, Galleria and the Duomo. Jan 05, 2025Structure of what could be 5-star hotel, however with a 3-star operation
The hotel has a great location, a block away from the Castel Nuovo and three blocks away from the cruise terminal; the rooms are quite spacious and equipped with standard amenities. However, the operation is poor - there's nowhere to curb the car and drop the luggage, the adjacent Parking is always full; also, despite a good variety, the breakfast is of poor quality. The hotel must have undergone some sloppy renovation - paint markings everywhere, terrible corridors/halls. The gym is simply a small room with a treadmill, a stationary bicycle and a cross-over. In summary - despite the great location, a 3-star hotel.

We will be back!! Attn: Alessandro Morelli, The hotel’s best asset are your staff! We have just arrived back home from a 5 day NYE trip to your hotel. Our best memories will be how my 2 year old son interacted and was delighted by Antonio his new Padrino in Napoli and special thanks to Daniela Carmen Ilaria and Gennaro for helping us in our stay and after, since we had an issue with forgetting our passports in room safe. Our memories of Napoli will forever stay with us seeing the colourful fireworks on NYE on the terrazzo. Please improve the quality of the food breakfast and cenone we expected better in quality and taste. Room 2729 big and nice decor but climate control was too hot at times. On behalf of my son Grazie Auguri e buon anno!!

Fantabulous Hotel/Location!
I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks and from the start, the staff were fantastic! They were helpful and always ready to assist/facilitate. The room was spacious with a large bathroom/tub if you are into that type of amenity. From the 28th floor, I had the harbor and Mt. Vesuvio view with amazing sunrise and sunset. Thank you guys for contributing to a memorable visit. I loved the location! I walked everywhere. It is accessible to taxis, trains, ferries, and the city tour buses. It's the tallest building in the downtown area and you can't miss it from anywhere in the city. It's too bad that they do not have a restaurant on the top floor. I have to mention the Napolitan restaurant next door: SIGNORA BETTOLA. I've never seen a daily crowd like that standing in line to get a table. The crowd took over the sidewalk for both lunch and dinner schedules...it was wild. Of course, I tried and it did not disappoint.

Nov 12, 2024Have courteous staff, basic facilities and some vegetarian menu in b'fast
Highly rude and non cooperative staff. It is surprising that even basic facilities are not available like providing electric cattle (for making tea or coffee or for drinking hot water), electric iron etc. Even on request these things were not provided. Rather strange reply were given that come over to lobby area for ironing your clothes or take hot water of bathroom tap for drinking purpose. The breakfast is very substandard quality. Further, vegetarians should never ever stay in this hotel as practically nothing is available in breakfast for vegetarians. Even on request a harsh reply is only served.
