Great family trip. Hotel and amenities were great. Food was great and lots of variety. Staff was outstanding.

The entertainment team is entertaining! The weather aerobics with Laura as the teacher was fun and challenging! Tony from the team also joined He was inviting and he giggled throughout the class which was the best part! There are lots of fun activities to do and the entertainment team is super fun!

Overall the hotel is really good. The beach water was nice to swim in, the drinks were fresh and so was the food.
The people are very nice and caring, especially Vanilly. He is one of the waiters in the buffet and he always greeted us with joy. The people here made our trip better. The restaurants à la carte were very good and they also had an amazing service.

Great all inclusive for the price
Pool and beach were awesome, never struggled to find a day bed. Rooms were clean and bed sheets were super soft. Amazing customer service from all staff, but would like to make a special shout out to Pepe and Vanilly for taking care of us and making us laugh.

Really enjoyed our stay!
I will start by saying....the service was excellent! Staff was friendly and aimed to please. The food was good in fact as good as some 5 star hotels I have stayed at. I love the beach there..it is small but served my purpose. Rooms are a bit dated, but big and comfortable. Good value and I am already planning my next visit
