Incredible experience and it’s all due to the staff. The grand royal team roll out the red carpet. Special shout out to Hepolito at the restaurant and Chef Eduardo. We also were able to experience first club and loved their team. Yeralin the server, chef Yeuri and Fernando. chef Yeuri went ALL OUT for my dad’s birthday dinner with several courses.

Exceptional!
We enjoyed the entire property, from its well maintained green areas to food and mostly hospitality. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. The pizza and tacos crew, to the restaurants staff. A BIG shoutout for Joceline Ortiz Medina & William Altagracia. Joceline went above & beyond the line! She was very hospitable, attentive and provided us with an outstanding service and always with a smile and such a wonderful attitude! William gave us an amazing service, he would give us every drink from cup of water to a beer with a smile, positive attitude and “es un placer”!! Thank you so much to all the people working (behind the scenes; cooks, dishwashers, etc. )gardeners, waitresses, towels crew, pool crew etc…that made our trip a wonderful experience!!! We now want to go back and will def go back!!!! GRACIAS!!!!!

Solid choice
For the price we paid we weren't expecting a luxury experience. It was exactly as we expected, a solid choice at a value price point. The grounds were well kept, the rooms simple and clean, and food was solid. We were there for the beach and we were able to find a chair with ease without having to get up early. Beyond that everything was a bonus for us. Our expectations were met. There was nothing that disappointed us, but there was nothing that wowed us either. It was a pleasant experience.
