SEXUAL HARASSMENT by employees
PARENTS! SINGLE WOMEN TRAVELERS! BEWARE! THERE ARE PREDATORS WORKING ON SITE AT THIS RESORT. It was my first time in Jamaica. I researched the culture and experiences before packing for this vacation. I was stopped by employees asking for my personal information like my phone number or my whatsapp every chance they got. I don’t know about you, but I’m trying to relax. This is not a dating show. Why are employees looking at guests in that manner and not working? If I showed a picture collage of my outfits I wore at the resort, most people would think I was overdressed. My family and I were too busy with outside activities so we didn’t really get to explore the resort. I realized this and went outside to walk around the resort by myself. I then noticed there was a map layout of the resort. As I was taking a picture of the map, one of the employees approached me from behind. He began making casual conversation, but then made several sexual advances after asking multiple questions about my personal information. He asked ne if I wanted a “partner”. He even then asked me if I feel “sensations down there”. I felt very unsafe as he now knew how old I was, how many people I was with etc. I was appalled by how unprofessional employees at this resort are. I happened to catch his voice in the background of the Live Photo that I had taken. Please watch your children closely, and do not go out alone if you are a woman. I should not have to worry about being harassed by employees every time I choose to step out of my room. I reported this incident to the front desk, and gave a description of the employee. I have yet to receive any update about the status of the report. Rooms and scenary is beautiful, but so are other resorts in Jamaica. Stay somewhere else or wear a mask and long clothes I guess?

Brison Consierge
Brison is amazing when it comes to customer service. She always goes the extra mile to make sure every dining experience is unforgettable. Her warmth, attention to detail, and personal touch make her a true standout at the resort. She’s definitely one of the resort’s most valuable assets, always making guests feel special and well taken care of.

Service was awesome
Great trip to Ocean Springs. Service was 5 star, received excellant service from Christina, Glenford at the pool bar. Also from Sirene at the lobby bar. Laytoynia at the pool. Grounds were constantly being tended. Rooms were 5 star. The only thong not 5 star was the food. But we had great meals most if the time.

Honest review from well travelled family! 4/5
POSITIVES: Beautiful property. Recommend privilege. Lots of entertainment options like bowling, waterpark for kids, virtual reality and lazy river. Privilege service was great all around. And very nice rooms. Good food as well! Also, room service was a nice touch. House keeping always did a great job restocking mini fridge and cleaning the room. NEGETIVES: when you are privilege there are pushy sales people the first day trying to get you to go to the “welcome breakfast” and sell you on the elite club (basically a time share) avoid this at all costs!! They are rude and pushy people. We said no to their presentation and like 4 of them cornered us and blocked our path away. Totally unacceptable considering we had a 5 year old with us. It became very confrontational and ruined our morning of our first full day here. Also, the resort offered a daisy welcome package for our son. Not a big deal but he was excited for it and we are on our 6th day and still no “welcome” package after asking every day. Always told it would be delivered and never was. We chose ocean front and the glass on the balcony is very dirty and in need of a cleaning very badly. It’s due to the salty air from the ocean I’m sure but it obstructs the view of the ocean pretty substantially if you are sitting down. It seems like it would be easy enough to just clean it with some windex. I know the negatives took up more space than the positives but don’t let that deter you. If you just avoid the parasitic sales people who add no value and just harass you the first day, then the rest of your stay will be great!!!
