Beautiful, clean and family friendly hotel. We didn’t know what to expect with the mix reviews that are or amazing or bad. We had an amazing experience. Room was clean, staff were kind and friendly and food was delicious. Easy to book restaurants with the QR code in your room. My kids loved going to the pool and very practical that the beach is right next to the pool aera. We stayed in the Daisy suit which is for families and it was perfect and very calm at night. A special thank you to Isis who was are waitress every morning and lunch. And a thank you to all the staff we met Hilda, Antonio, Gustavo, Edouardo and Alejandro.

We enjoy going to Ocean Coral every year. The facility seems to decrease its services each year but we go back due to the wonderful staff. I want to thank bar servers and waitresses Hugo- bar manager, Marco, Tony, Jose, Mario and Idalia, Frankie, Alda, Henri, Lenin, Teresa, you’re all wonderful. Thank you to Angel serving us in the Privilege lounge with great service as well. You all make our stay fantastic.

The staff gustavo’alejandro’eduardo’antonio’hilda’and Alfredo have and week and Alejandro and Gustavo at swim bar’was by far our favorite very’polite’very good at this job and great service‘thank you very much‘I love you geys’never change

Great location, friendly service and many options!!
Great place. Great staff. So friendly and fun and welcoming. We spent a week in privilege package celebrating my birthday and were looked after so well. Many eating and activity options and great facilities to chill and enjoy the pool or beach. Shout out to Jesus our butler and Ricardo at the el beso pool (adults only). Great service and we definitely recommend.

A great holiday experience!
This was our first time visiting this resort, but it will not be our last! This is a gorgeous facility with incredibly friendly staff, and amenities galore! Clean and comfortable accommodations, diverse and delicious food options, and plenty of activities. There really is no reason to leave the resort (which is good, because it's pretty far off the beaten path if you don't have a car). Of my many trips to Mexico (and The Riviera Maya in particular), this was up there as one of the best. There are only 3 negatives that I can point out: 1) the "24hr" Gym is locked until after 8pm for some reason. 2) There were 2 chairs in our suite when we arrived, but they were removed without notice mid week (which was more odd than inconvenient). 3) There was some ceiling damage near the shower that had a small patch of black mold, but nothing too concerning. Otherwise, we had a fantastic time and look forward to return in the future.
