We just spent three days at the Reserve and everything was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. This quiet area of the resort was perfect for relaxing and recharging. I cannot say enough about the quality of our visit and the attentiveness of all the employees. I thoroughly researched many hotels before booking the Reserve at Paradisus, and my research paid off- it was exceptional!

Amazing staff, food, and atmosphere!
Our stay at Paradisus was unforgettable, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible food, amazing staff, and unforgettable energy on the adults-only side, The Reserve. First, the food—wow. Every meal felt like a gourmet experience. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, each dish was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and prepared with such care. We were blown away by the variety and the consistent quality. It wasn’t just resort food—it was truly something special, and we found ourselves looking forward to every meal. Now, we have to give a huge shoutout to Danny Flow. His energy, charisma, and genuine passion for creating fun, engaging experiences for guests made our trip extra special. Danny truly *made* The Reserve feel alive. From fitness classes to poolside games, he had a way of bringing people together and making everyone feel included. His vibe was contagious, and we found ourselves smiling and laughing every time he was around. And we can’t forget Abraham and Javier at the Ginger Bar—absolute legends. These two bartenders were not only masters of their craft (seriously, some of the best cocktails we’ve ever had), but they were also so warm, friendly, and fun to talk to. They remembered our names, our favorite drinks, and always served everything with a genuine smile. It felt like hanging out with friends every time we sat down at the bar. Paradisus was a dream, but it was the people—Danny, Abraham, and Javier—who truly made it feel like home. We can’t wait to come back!

Return to Paradisus after 7 years! Still Awesome, yet better with Reserve!
Oh boy, the vacation at Paradisus Reserve with my wife was so good, I don't know where to start. I will start by saying my wife and I returned to Paradisus after 7 years for her 50th! The premise will be undergoing renos soon, so I wont speak to the physical hotel. First...Do the RESERVE! The last time #sweetpea and I were at Paradisus, 7 years ago, we were in Pyramid 3 and it was incredible. This time we left our Bambinos/Sponges at home and it was just the 2 of us. Reserve, means private check in and Isaac was sooooo awesome. Because of the renos we were moved to Pyramid 3 with an Ocean view. So nice! Then, we met the VERY BEST concierge EVER, Rossana! I have been to Cancun many times and I have never had service like what we received from Rossana. Rossana messaged us a few times every day on Whats-App, and even found time to check on us through out the day. Further, Rossana made sure we got all our restaurants at our preferred times and she got us the best Bali Beds. To Paradisus Management: Rossana is an incredible representative to your organization, and she worked tirelessly to make out first vacation in 7 years extremely memorable, while also managing several other clients! Bottom line, is that Rossana makes me want to return. Rossana, thank-you for all your efforts. Melia is blessed to have you! Ok, that's a lot, but she deserves it! Next...my Guy Pascal. Pascal serves in the main buffet during breakfast in the area closest to the ocean. Pascal was there 7 years ago when we were there and my wife found the photos. Pascal, was the best part of our morning at Paradisus and he is an incredible worker. The service he gave to so many people was incredible, and so was his gift for connecting with everyone. Pascal, Sweet-pea and I still talk about how incredible you are! I hope Melia brings you back after the renos with a promotion bc you are an amazing ambassador for the brand! Frankly I could speak about this regarding a lot of the employees at this Hotel. Its different here! Ok...lastly the pool staff at the bar on the Reserve side was so awesome. That is one hard working crew. I always watch interactions and I saw every pool staff member working diligently the entire day. The reserve is worth it...DO IT! After the renos, I may have to save a little longer to return, but I do look forward to all the new photos. To the Melia group...pls remember to bring back rockstars Rossana and Pascal! Thank-you, and see you in 7 years for Sweet-Pea's 57 th! :) The Martino's.

Ocean view is Awesome, but that's it!. Alot of backwards planning of this hotel. The canbans with privacy curtains are on the kiddie pool side and the open canbans are where all the noise is at. Absolutely no nite life. Plumbing gurggles all day & nite. If you can't speak Spanish, they can't understand you. I had an incident on my birthday at the steak house ($300 dinner for 2) and was told they couldn't give me any partial refund for the Roaches that wanted share my plate with me! Instead offered the $255 cabana #107( I thought was strange but went for it) turns out the cabana was broke on the left side and did not have privacy ! It came with lobster tails that were way over cooked , shrimp on a stick, overcooked scallops & fish civeche oh and a bottle of white wine. THUMBS DOWN

Coming back ASAP!
The entire resort was beautiful. Concierge was very helpful and attentive. Really made my experience enjoyable and relaxing. Food was very good. I would love to come back after the remodel, I was that impressed! The up-keeping with the pools were on point.
