    Really fun keychain making experience!

    Cynthia was fantastic! She gave us great instructions for making a keychain and also very sociable! We really enjoyed our conversation with her :) would highly recommend this activity and I will definitely treasure this keychain. We hope to have another activity run by Cynthia in the future!

    Wonderful place

    Our 6 th visit to Paradisus Cancun. The staff makes it great. David, Victor And Galdino made our stay the best it can be. We will return after reservations in June. Look for Gabriella by the pool. Recommend to stay in the Reserve , adults only section. A vacation made easy.

    Always enjoy our visit to Paraise!

    Don’t read the bad reviews. They have nothing to complain about. Go stay at the Reserve and enjoy. Shout out to Victor abd David who take care of the pool and Bali beds. Make you feel like kings and queens. Food was very good but service was exceptional. They can’t do enough. Pascual, Josue, Gabriela and Valeria stand out. Galadino is an incredible concierge. Don’t hesitate come stay !

    Excellent Service, Mediocre Food

    The ocean view from the rooms was gorgeous and the service poolside from Valeria and David, and concierge Farideh was particularly excellent. Food was abundant but mediocre. Highly recommend the Reserve for a quieter, calmer beach resort experience.

    Valeria is the best!! As is Farideh. Great resort great service - food is so so but service and atmosphere make up for it. Great community and great music. Highly recommend the reserve as it’s more luxurious and mellow in comparison. Highly recommend
