The food is one of the best and Carlos at the beach and Daniel all over the place are absolutely the best. Book reserve if you can.. it’s worth every penny! The swim up is excellent and the resort is just the right size.. big enough but small enough to get everywhere fast!

Beautiful and spotless inside and out. Entire resort provided GREAT service
If you want a reasonably priced, mid-range resort this is a great choice. The service is exceptional, and food choices are plenty. The rooms are basically glorified hotel rooms, but we had three connecting rooms for two couples which is what would take me back to the Paradisus. Everything was spotless inside and out. We were the only people we are aware of that had this three room option, so RCI customer should love this!

A great stay - definitely would go back!
I had a wonderful stay. My experience with all-inclusive resorts is not extensive and, generally, I go back and forth as to whether I think they are worth the money, etc. I booked this trip to unwind but didn't have extremely high expectations. If I had gone into this trip with high expectations, they would have been met. The accommodations, food, and staff were all wonderful. I have honestly had a hard time coming up with something to criticize and definitely plan to go back again. I stayed in the Reserve and thought it was worth it, if for no other reason (and there are others) than there is a dedicated breakfast and lunch restaurant (Sante) for those booked in the Reserve, where I ate breakfast everyday before hitting the beach. I thought it was fantastic food and it directly overlooks the beach, so I could watch the sunrise (and whales!) from a perfect spot each day. Never had to fight for a spot (chair/cabana, etc.) at the pool or beach, as there always seemed to be plenty available when I was there. I will say that my room faced the main pool and courtyard of the property so it was rather loud most nights with music and revelry from others staying out late into the early morning at the resort, but this wasn't totally unexpected and it didn't by any means ruin my experience. I was still able to get good sleep.

I opted to use their transportation to and from the hotel after booking The Reserve. I was charged for two guests one way when my arrangement clearly stated one guest. When I asked for transportation back they delayed in arranging service because they said I had not paid however they then acknowledged mistake. It was coming close to me missing window to check a bag so I had to uber and pay extra. I have asked to be refunded over 5 times and they along with Melia Reserve "concierge" have ignored me.

Great 10 days at Melia Paradisus Los Cabos
This is our 3rd time at this resort and our best experience so far. Housekeeping has been impeccable (and I'm super picky), service has been phenomenal, and rooms very well appointed (we have a swim out ocean front in The Reserve). Our concierge Roberto is amazing and so on top of all our needs and wants (including a lovely birthday celebration), our pool server Arim is second to none. Valeria and everyone at Sante are so genuine and kind. Our favourite server has been Cari at Sante, such a lovely and sweet professional. Whale watching has been tremendous this year and we're so glad to have 2 more nights in our stay and are already planning to book a 4th visit for next year Thank you to all of the managers of this resort as well, I can see you must truly care about your staff for them to all be so happy and engaged.
