We had the most amazing time at Planet Hollywood Mexico! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Every team member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care that we were enjoying ourselves. A very special thank you to Thonly—your energy, warmth, and attention to detail truly made our holiday extra special. You made every day feel like a VIP experience, and we’re so grateful for your kindness and professionalism. The resort itself was beautiful, the food and drinks were excellent, and the vibe was perfect for both relaxation and fun. We’ll definitely be coming back, and recommending this place to everyone we know

Special Anniversary at Adult Scene Star Class Swim out room!
Felipe Arceo, Adriana Cruz & Norma Herrera were incredibly helpful setting us up for our anniversary with amazing spa package, romantic dinner on the beach and made this anniversary super special! Thank you and the lovely crew here for making this anniversary so special! Evey staff member we have spoke to has been just wonderful, kind and helpful.

7 Year Anniversary
Angel Gutierrez & Edwar Garita made this trip exceptionally special! We came for our 7 year anniversary to Adult Scene Star Class with the swim out room by the ocean. The staff have been great but Angel and Edwar made everything possible!!!!

Great vacation @Planet Hollywood in Costa Mujeres.
The hotel had great service and excellent food. The staff was very welcoming, eager to serve and trying to accommodate our needs. We were at the adult part of the resort. There was a lot of entertainment all day long, snacks and different areas to rest or party. The beach is one of the most beautiful ones I’ve ever seen. The entertainment staff is always trying to help you have a good time. We were catered by Josué who kept us having four during our 4 day stay.

Amazing trip!
Our stay at Planet Hollywood was incredible! The resort is beautiful, lively, and full of fun things to do. A huge shoutout to our butlers, Edwar and Angel—they went above and beyond to make our trip perfect. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel truly special. Highly recommend this place for a fun, relaxing getaway with top-notch service!
