Was a lovely hotel as i do lov the rui hotels. The actual holiday was a let down as i fell ill and had to visit medical centre and wasnt on top form for mossy of hols! The hotel and staff were great and the cleanlenes of the rooms and upkeep over the stay was superb. The only downer was we were situated right by entertainment stage at evening and as i was poorly i struggled to sleep. But location by the lovely promenade was exceptional and we will visit again as i missed out on some trips i wanted to go on

Our seventh stay in this lovely hotel. Lovely and clean, there is plenty of food something for everyone.Staff are all very hardworking and helpful. The one disappointing thing was that there is no dress code anymore for evening dining, the information states no shorts for men but they still wear them which lowers the standards of the hotel. We look forward to our next holiday here, thank you all.

Christmas & New Year
We stayed 21 days in total lovely staff and hotel, felt entertainment was a bit hit and miss but as I said could not fault atmosphere or staff. One Yoga/stretch class a week felt this was bit mean and could have held a class everyday.

HOLIDAY
The staff throughout the hotel are excellent and very friendly. The only issue that I have is that there are a lot of steps to get to the beach club Aloha, although I am not sure how this can be addressed. A small lift at the bottom of the hotel steps perhaps ??
