Mar 04, 2025Fantastic hotel and wonderful staff!
We had an amazing family room with spectacular views of the pool area and sea. 5 big pools, all heated except the infinty pool which was a bit of a shame because we couldn't use the sunbeds in the pool because the water was simply too cold. Plenty of sunloungers so never a problem getting one. Several restaurants to choose from, but our favourite was still the main restaurant with lots to choose from. Great and very friendly staff who did everything to make our stay a wonderful one, and we hope to come back someday!

Amazing holidays
We had a week of wonderful weather, food and open air and pools activities. The location is absolutely stunning, beach is very close, so we had a chance to swim in the ocean.

Wonderful time
Really enjoyed our 2 week stay here. Everywhere was kept immaculately clean. Lots of excellent outside toilets which are often lacking in hotels. Plenty of sunbeds though perhaps not the most comfortable. Rooms were lovely with nice shower. Lacking in drawer space but space in bathroom for toiletries great. All staff were very friendly and efficient. Food and drink were fine. We weren’t the biggest fans of the Italian but enjoyed the Asian, Atlantica and main restaurant. Really enjoyed the Neon and White Parties, they were both great fun. The rest of the entertainment wasn’t always to our taste, some really good others bit boring but the hotels entertainment team did some great shows and had very talented dancers. We didn’t have kids with us being retired but found no problem with the kids there, they seemed to really enjoy themselves and had great fun. Really nice, pretty walks on seafront outside hotel. Hotel is huge and bit confusing to start with but not hard to move around unless you had mobility problems. Have already decided to return next February.

Wonderful week super hotel
Such a lovely hotel with friendly staff and immaculately clean everywhere Food, rooms, entertainment and pool areas super. We have really enjoyed our week at the hotel and well done for the Neon Party was amazing. Would recommend the hotel to couples or families. Loved the other restaurants too. Well done to Riu.

Really great hotel, very 5 star feel Great location with lots of days out nearby such as Siam park Room and service as expected Food really nice but nothing amazing as expected but good all round Choice of food could be better as most days the same with not lots of variety Pool areas very nice with drinks including alcohol help yourself Nice promenade to walk in the evening Only disappointment and reason for not 5 star is entertainment could have been better on the evening, didn't start until 9 and was low quality aside from the very good white party on Friday Definitely recommend this hotel for couples and we hope to be going back ourselves!
