Great location on the hotel strip. The beach is stunning and the pool area including the bar and infinity pool is excellent. Pool entertainment can be annoying on some days (way too loud and energetic when some days you want beach vibes and music). A/C not very effective, had to move rooms. Fan worked in the second room so no need for the A/C. Buffet food was average.

There was an issue with our safe, the hotel manager came to assist and was unable to resolve the safe issue so upgraded us to suite. He was very friendly and blew our minds with the upgrade. All staff at the resort were equally friendly and made the stay and experience fantastic. Food was good, activities were entertaining, and the lack of small humans made the experience much better. No screaming kids = great time.

Birthday Trips
My birthday trip was absolutely amazing! I stayed at the RIU in Cancun, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The resort was stunning—beautiful views, delicious food, and top-notch service. I loved relaxing on the beach, enjoying the sunshine, and soaking in the tropical vibes. Every day felt like a celebration, and I truly felt pampered and appreciated. From fun activities to peaceful moments, it was the perfect balance. I’m so grateful for the memories and the chance to experience such a wonderful place. This trip was everything I needed and more—unforgettable in every way!

I have never dealt with such an amazing team , after an awful situation the tui team helped me with the situation and went over and beyond to make sure everything was done to such a professional standard!
