Nice hotel with excellent rooms and half board menu. Poor PC access with LinkedIn blocked for some reason. Techs didn't unblock despite several requests. There is a charge for the passcode safes are that already present in each room. Fridge was noisy so had to unplug it for uninterrupted sleep. One of the two small elevators was out of order for most of our stay.

Superb hotel typically high standards expected of rui. Our wedding anniversary so important to get it right, the staff were warm and welcoming very friendly high standards of cleaning good quality food well prepared and served. Only negative the clients who smoke at the entry, out of the control of the staff

First visit to mallorca and the rui hotel
It was for our wedding anniversary. So important that it was correct. Warm welcome from the staff, great sélection of food well prepared and served to a high standard. Rooms cleaned every day. Only negative issue is the clients smoking at the entrance and around the pool, needs to be relocated or discurraged.

Riu Festival
Hotel was immaculately clean. The staff from initial reception to chambermaids were very attentive and helpful. My wife and I stayed on a half board basis. My wife eats fish but not meat we had excellent food throughout our one week stay and could not fault the food quality, variety or presentation. Lovely waiters and waitresses in the restaurant too. We liked the location close but not too close to the night life, minutes from the beach and a short 2 Euro bus ride into Palma. We will plan to return for another break prior to Easter in the future.

Clean good hotel. Very good cleaning and good comfortable beds. Surroundings are great, with good pool area. Stayed for 8 days, with half board. Food is not of highest quality. Juices are of low quality, cheap variant that you buy in Mercadona and cheese is not good either when you know what great cheeses there normally are avallable in Spain. However different food themes each evening. Please note that the noise level in the restaurant is VERY loud, not sure if it was becase 90% of the guests were over 70 years old, but the acustics in the main restaurant is not good. Very very loud noise. Try to get a table in the little area of teh restaturant, but the space here is limited. Staff is friendly and welcoming. 5 minutes to walk to HiperDino supermarket, 15 minutes to Mercadona and 20 minutes to Lidl if you need supplies. Note that this is a German hotel, everybody speaks German to you, staff and guests. Info signs n German, Spanish and English. Apperantly this hotel is aimed at Germany, don't expect the authentic Mallorcan experience here.
