Everything about this hotel was just OK. I think the price us rather expensive considering how average everything is but I don't have any major complaints. The hotel is older and definitely showing it's age but they keep it very clean. The beach is nice. The restaurants and buffet are just ok.

This resort is 10/10. No complaints at all. Food was amazing, entertainment was great and both the kids and adults had a blast! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Awesome Resort
The staff was very welcoming upon arrival and helpful during our stay and very friendly. . The room were kept very clean and stocked. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning with a wide variety of foods. Especially enjoyed the omelet made to order. The bar staff was so friendly and very knowledgeable. Loved all the afternoon activities and BBQ s . Only complaint was would liked to have seen more evening shows or mexican fiesta night with local dancers and music.

Family Vacation
Everything was lovely until the transfer arrived two hours early for our departure to the airport with no notice of time change. Two members of our 13 had left for a walk and were not back, the rest of us were just leaving for lunch.. we had to leave three people behind to get a taxi to the airport, or all thirteen of us had to pay for a taxi. Most definitely a bad departure for us.

Staff were great and very friendly. They were constantly cleaning. The beach was nice. Food was good.
