Riu Latino was my first all inclusive resort experience and truly lived up to expectations. The staff was absolutely wonderful - attentive, friendly, and always at hand to provide great service without making it seem like they were hovering. In particular, Jenny from the Monctezuma restaurant was incredible! Pros: - Very VERY clean. Everything was spotless indoors and outdoors. - Great service. Staff was always there, always excellent. Tipping is not essential but is a good idea purely as a thank you for the quality of service you get. - Lots of space. You never feel crowded in here. The many pools and accessible bars and restaurants mean that you're probably not going to find yourself waiting for anything. - Great beach. There are loungers on the sand and a staff member comes by with umbrellas and drinks every now and then. - Convenience. The app lets you order most things like water etc without having to call reception. Cons - Food. The Mexican dishes were top tier. Some of the other food was lacking in flavour and quality imo. Asian dishes were pretty lacklustre. Pork is excellent, beef not so much. Overall, 5/5 experience. Would go again.

Great service at riu latino
We had the best waitress in riu latino.she went out of her way every day to make us feel at home .always had water glasses filled new exactly what we drank had it ready for us.Also want to give a very big shout out to Marco entertainment for aqua aeroeics.went evey day we were here.does a great job

Nely is the Best waitress ever!
Nely is the best waitress! Such a sweet, kind lady and she works so hard. Her service is outstanding! She was our waitress for breakfast and lunch every day during our recent vacation. She takes great pride in her job and really connects with the people staying at the resort!

Spring getaway
Spent a week here with my partner and we had the best time. Have nothing to complain on at all. Great food, great pools, beautiful beach!

Had a great time at the RIU Latino. The entire resort was very clean and the food was great with variety for everyone. The best restaurant was the Italian and we ended up going twice. The drinks were definitely watered down, but I don't see that as a bad thing when you're drinking all day everyday. I was also very impressed that there were always loungers available throughout the day at each pool. Entertainment team were great and we enjoyed all the acts, the "Rock Show" being my favorite. I wish the entertainment staff interacted with the drinking pools more, but I understand why they stay with the middle activity pool. My main issue was our room was located right above the club, and around 11p every night you can hear the music blasting. Ofcourse, we could've asked to change our room but didn't bother and just used our ear plugs. Overall we had a great time and would recommend to anyone.
