Fantastic resort. Great beach. Lovely snorkling right from the beach. Brilliant animation team. Especially Shanalee, Dante and Brian. Would definitely come again.

Awesome stay
30*c, sun, beer, pools, sea…what more could you possibly need?! We visited RIU Negril following a recommendation from a friend. It’s been newly renovated to a high standard!! Negril is a long transfer which is the only moan I’d have (100mins) It’s very much like a lot of RIU’s. They have no champagne/cava which is a minor issue (or spiced rum or bourbon 😫) - Redstripe on tap thought!! Sports bar is really good!! Restaurants are great - easy to book into. Plenty of choice. The outdoor Jerk station and taco bar is great through the day. Pools are newly refurbished too!! Free kayaks etc to use!! Kids loved it. Kids club is aimed at younger kids - they could do with somewhere with more pre-teen/teen activities, just to give them an “out of the sun” option for a few hours. All in - great stay!! We would return. (Cleanliness was amazing - only scored it down to 4 as we had to chase housekeeping a couple of days, but other than that - no issues)

Brilliant Holiday !!
Stayed for 2 weeks with my husband and Daughter who is 4 years old and we had the best time! Beautiful hotel, Very clean and the food was brilliant, so much choice everyday! The entertainment was brilliant. Great energy and great fun! I did a few sun salutation classes with shana-Lee who was so lovely and friendly and loved the class Very relaxing as well as her great energy for the water aerobics which we really enjoyed! The spa was lovely too i had a facial and the treatment was very nice! all staff were super helpful and friendly and I would highly recommend the hotel !

overall review
All staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The facility was clean, comfortable and pleasing to the eye. the beach and pools were fantastic. The food was presented extremely well the buffets were huge. I found the buffets to be good but not fantastic. Ate at 3 other restaurants and found the service to be exceptional and ambiance was very good and the taste very good.

When we arrived, the hotel did not have our reservation, we waited more than an hour in the lobby before finding us another room. To compensate, we were offered a room with a sea view, which we accepted. A few minutes later, the manager sent a receptionist to tell us that we would not get the room as promised. We were very disappointed with this situation.
