Our overall stay at Riu Baja California was excellent with the below considerations. Service and cleanliness was A++ especially in comparison to our experience visiting the neighboring property Riu Santa Fe which I do not recommend at all. Pool butlers and all bar staff were very good. Food was excellent at all restaurants and the Promenade buffet. We especially appreciated personal recognition and great service from Aldo at Promendade daily. Elite Club upgrades have room for improvement. Only the ocean view room location and included pool cabanas make this option would choose again. The upgraded liquor was average and inconsistently offered. Food menu at Elite Club restaurant was not different from other restaurants at the resort.

This resort is so much bang for your buck. Reasonably priced and you get so much more than you pay for. The pool was beautiful with plenty of chairs, staff is so attentive and kind, facilities are constantly being cleaned so that your environment is as nice as possible. So many amazing places to eat and drink. They always had some sort of activity happening, so you can never get bored. I feel like this resort has something fun for everyone. I would definitely recommend this resort and stay again if I return to Cabo

Winter Refresher
This was our second trip to Hotel Riu Palace Baja California. As with our last stay, it was relaxing and comfortable. This time we stayed on the resort and didn't venture off for any other activities because it was a shorter stay. The resort is clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and the food is great.

I love this resort
I’ve stayed here twice in the last two years and I love this resort. This time I noticed upgrades and fruits and cheese as well as champagne in it room in addition to the already stocked fridge and bar. Defiantly recommend

First time at RIU, we will be back
We stayed at RIU based on a co-worker's recommendation. This was our first all-inclusive resort, and we were very happy with the experience. The entire resort is beautiful and clean. We had no trouble finding a spot at the pool and the drink service was good. Service at the bars fluctuated a bit but we found a favorite bartender and he took good care of us. The selection of food buffet was ample and everything we tried tasted good. For specialty dining, the Mexican restaurant, the Asian fusion restaurant, and the gourmet restaurant all served nice meals. The food in the steak house and Italian restaurant was amazing!!
