Apr 25, 2025Amazing Stay — Beautiful Views, Outstanding Service, and Spotless Hotel
We had an amazing five-night stay at the Riu Hotel in Puerto Vallarta! Everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. There was a great selection of restaurants to choose from, and I especially enjoyed the Surf & Turf at the Steakhouse, as well as the delicious sea bass. Our room was beautiful with an incredible view, and the beach was just breathtaking. From the spotless hotel grounds to the outstanding service, everything exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to come back!

Best Service Ever
We had an incredible vacation, and the service was outstanding! Huge shoutouts to Danielle, Tono, Karelli, Yeude, and Alberto for making us feel so welcome and for going the extra mile every day. They truly made our stay special. The bartenders, servers, and staff are absolutely the best! Friendly, fun, and made the best drinks. Can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Riu Palace. It was friendly, clean, never lacking in anything we wanted or needed. The staff and food were amazing. The beds were comfy. The pools were refreshing...I just can't say enough

Excellent staying without any negative notices. Everything was on high level. We are going to spend our next short vacation in Riu Palace Pacifico.

Always A Great Time!
My friend and I go to PV every year. Sometimes 2x a year. We love to stay at the RIU Palace because we love the resort and staff. Especially Sebastian :-). We got a surprise upgrade this last trip. We would like to say thank you for doing that. RIU always makes us feel special.

- AdvisoryRiu Party in Puerto Vallarta will be temporarily paused during the renovation of Riu Jalisco. The renovation will begin on August 18, 2025, and the hotel will reopen on December 20, 2025. As a result, the Riu Party will not be available for guests at Riu Vallarta and Riu Palace Pacifico during this period. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to resuming the Riu Party events upon the completion of the renovations.
