Apr 24, 2025Best Vacation Ever!
We had the best vacation ever! Paradise Island Resort goes above and beyond. The staff is amazing. We were there a year ago also for our first trip to the Bahamas and some of the staff remembered us from our previous visit. The food and drinks are always available and served with a smile! We definitely will stay again!

Really enjoyed our stay, the all inclusive is the only way to go. Service was fantastic and staff was very friendly. Room was fine, we was there for the beach anyways. Only negative thing I can think of is the AC filter in room 328 needs changing because when it came on it did smell mildewed. Wasn't a huge deal because we really didn't need the AC for this stay. I definitely would stay again was a great overall experience!

RIU Palace Paradise Island
Excellent value. Plentiful food and drinks. Very friendly staff and superb service. Avoid pool side room if prefer quiet. Water was rough after rain storm, so could not swim for 2 days.

Very good experience
Loved it. Like two minor mishaps. One at check in (we had to check if our room was ready when we were told we would be notified when it was ready) and another with the tour bus being canceled ( don’t really blame the hotel because they didn’t set the excursion up)

Excellent staff. Need more activities in the evenings.
Staff was excellent. I think there needs to be more activities at night that includes the guests. Since the pool closes at six there is not much else to do. Big shout out to Tweetie, Mitch and Hugo. They were amazing!
