We loved every moment of our vacation! From the front desk, the beach crew and everything in between we had no issues. We had no issues getting dinner reservations, and the food was excellent. Beautiful beach with beautiful people. We will be returning !!

A week in Riu Palace Bahamas
We had a good time. The resort is nice, service is excellent, 5 restaurants with a great option of food. Pool area is good also. We got a little unlucky with weather, it was windy, but generally we had a good time.

Birthday Trip
Birthday get away with family. The food & ocean was my favorite part of the Bahamian experience. I'll be back most definitely.

Jan 16, 2025DON'T TRUST THIS HOTEL! Scammers and Liars!
This resort is so crooked - never trust going here! We showed up for our CONFIRMED booking that we made months prior (a black Friday sale) to find out (in the lobby) that RIU cancelled our reservation we made in order to rebook it at 3xs the cost. We were stranded without a place to stay as it was New Years Eve. They were horrible. We literally had a confirmation that morning about check-in time. They didn't help us either, we had to book a completely different hotel, the changes cost us a fortune and NO compensation or apology. Now that I've spoken to people, apparently this happens A LOT. Even if you have a confirmed reservation. The Cab drivers told us horrible stories from other tourists. DON'T TAKE THE RISK! IT was a horrible experience feeling stranded.

Great Value
All inclusive and sea view room for 4 nights 5 days stay. We enjoyed a lot, plenty food chose from. One little thing was we couldn’t book restaurant first 2 dinner by RIU app.
