Such a lovely hotel and nothing is too much for any of the staff. The pools are great and its in such a lovely area.

Christmas/New Year
Excellent. Our holiday was very enjoyable and were pleased that RIU were able to accommodate our preference of room location. Service, all staff was impeccable, professional and welcoming. Great to see so many familiar faces. Gala dinners out of this world.. Location of hotel so close to the beach, pool and sun lounger areas well kept. Nice walks on the promenade and shops close by for some retail therapy.

Truly Amazing
We have just returned from an amazing holiday at this hotel . The food, staff, entertainment , pool area and grounds were just wonderful . I cannot praise the staff enough . The pool bar staff not only worked all day by the pool but served dinner as well and always with a smile . We joined my son and granddaughter( Penelope and Thomas) here for a week and we loved every minute of our stay . We met so many lovely people. Adeje is a really safe charming area . We have already booked to return next year . Thank you to all the staff for working so hard to give us such a memorable hotel. Thank you also for being so caring to Penelope .

Rui Palace Tenerife
Fifth time we have stayed here in the last 3 years, that says it all. Staff are terrific, hotel is always clean and the dining facilities are great
