Apr 24, 2025Good location but covered in scaffolding
Unfortunately the place is covered in scaffolding, and that's all we could see out of our window. Friendly staff and breakfast was nice but not fantastic. There's no conditioner in the shower, so bring your own. No body lotion either. Only shower gel and shampoo in big bottles stuck to the wall. No other amenity kits. Bed was comfortable, but only one pillow each and we had to ask for another. Location was good and we just got Ubers everywhere.

From walking the fabulous big doors our trip was fantastic. The girl on the reception desk was so informative, told us all about the restaurant and bar times. Asked what we were here for and so excited for us. A real pleasure to meet your staff.

Great location
The location of this hotel is just fabulous! It is also a very modern, clean and welcoming place to stay! The breakfast was amazing and there was so much choice, also the best toaster I’ve ever used in a hotel!! All the staff were so friendly and helpful, if visiting Berlin again this would be our hotel of choice! The only negative I have is that the pillows are quite flat but we asked for extra pillows so all was ok.

Gran hotel , love it
The only think I don’t like was the shower don’t have privacies. Why? I don’t understand that . Why the bathroom don’t have door to the beds area . Was really weird

Weekend break in Berlin
We had a 3 night break & found the standard of the hotel the usual RIU good quality with excellent breakfast. The city location is central & short walk to U-Bahn underground and pick up for hop on hop off bus
