This hotel is very disappointing! The beds are extremely uncomfortable, the double rooms are two full-size beds, not Queen, as advertised. There is no time of day to get hot water in the showers. The hotel facility itself is nice, but everything else about it is Super 8.

Hotel very good and, with RIU Class membership, excellent value for the area. We had a sea-view on 8th floor – up to 5th floor slightly obscured by trees, we’re told. Room was good, bit functional perhaps, but corridors and carpets need serious refurb. Dining room could also do with an uplift and the evening food was ok at best. We ate in the bar 2 nights and that was better. Breakfast good. Very few restaurants within easy walking distance and hardly any along the beach. Food and drink throughout Miami Beach – hotels/restaurants - very expensive. Pool area excellent, with Reception well-staffed and helpful – special word for Odena. Plenty of staff generally and Service throughout the hotel is very good. Be aware that a resort tax is applied to your stay (circa $127 for 4nights)! Trolley bus and coach services available from close to the hotel but easier to use Uber, with prices very reasonable except in a few peak times. Excursion desk in Lobby is very useful. Traffic into Miami is heavy from mid-afternoon to early evening.

Book someplace else !!
DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! TOTAL SHAM!!! I made a reservation and never received a confirmation email. Only a charge to my credit card. I sent them an email requesting the confirmation information and 2 days later recieved and email with only the confirmation number. I called to cancel the reservation and was told that not only are they not going to refund my $406 but that they are going to charge my card and ADDITIONAL $406 for the cancelation. Bringing the total to $812. Good luck trying to understand the customer service rep, they do not speak English. Save yourself the headaches and book someplace else. This company is a total sham!!

The staff were incredible. They can not do enough for you. Very clean hotel, brilliant location, right on the beach. Definitely 5 star.

Fantastic hotel
Fantastic hotel, great friendly staff and food and drinks are top notch. Would highly recommend this hotel for stays in South Miami Beach
