Great hotel - looking for a good time with good food and a friendly atmosphere? This is the place for you. Great beach location Staff were really attentive and friendly - all the bar, restaurant, entertainment and housekeeping, general hotel staff work tirelessly to look after guests and keep the hotel spotless Food was great in the buffet and a la carte restaurants Rooms and facilities also very good Good value for money

Hi all we are in the RUI Reggae at this time and we ordered 2 drinks which came in plastic cups now I get that during the day you expect plastic hpwever in the evening you should be served your drinks in a glass , the is the first RUI we have stayed in that serves drinks in plastic in the evening not impressed

Holiday Get Away - Entertainment VERY GOOD
The resort and grounds were very nice. Pools and swim-up bars were nice and the water and deck were clean with plenty of chairs. The room was clean and a good size, beds were very firm and comfortable (even though I prefer a little softer). Bathrooms were clean and well kept. Water supply was adequate but low flow, common for caribbean islands. The staff was SUPER friendly and accommodating. Especially good were the entertainment crew. Very fit and very social - they were responsible for daily activities, exercise programs and evening entertainment. They work long hours with boundless energy - very impressive. A shout out to "Spade45" - who was especially entertaining and WOW, can he dance (self taught). The resort is very near the airport, so you do have planes overhead multiple times a day which was more than evident at the pool and outside, but was not a bother at all inside the restaurants and rooms.

Great vacation in this wonderful establishment.
We had an excellent vacation in this wonderful hotel, All of the Staff were very friendly and Welcoming, the food choices were vast & delicious

Beautiful resort. Close to airport. Staff was super accommodating and helpful with the exception of the housekeeping staff. Anytime we asked for towels, an extra blanket etc we were met with “I don’t have any on my cart” or “I’ll get it” and they’d never come back. Other than that the servers, entertainment & bar staff were awesome! Food was delicious! All in all a great time! You’re allowed to go to the neighboring resort (Riu Mo Bay). It’s super crowded & not as nice as the Riu Reggae. Save yourself the trip. Quality is not the same.
