Apr 24, 2025Relaxed and refreshed in Montego Bay
This was my first stay at a RIU property in Montego Bay and everything was amazing! The views, planned events, food and atmosphere was exactly what we wanted and needed. What really made the trip special was the staff. They were perfect, friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. Can’t wait to visit again.

Amazing place, friendly and made to feel like one big happy family Entertainment is amazing, food is lush, and hotel and staff and so accommodate Would love to come and stay all year One of the best places I’ve been, and while I’m still here, trying to rebook for next year

Excellent resort with good Service
1. Package with Sunwing - Excellent for the money 2. Nexus ground transport - Excellent 3. Check at RIU Reggae - fast and friendly service 4. Room: Very clean and good view of pool and partial vie of Ocean 5. Meal Service at Buffet: The best with all local Jamaican dishes plus others. Curry Goat and Ox Tail the best. Every day abundance of cut local sugar cane and avocados...... 6. Beach: The only draw back ....not too inviting but the pool made up for the drawback. The beach at RIU Montego Bay much more inviting. 7. Fresh Coconut water with jelly everyday..... Gardener will come every day at 12:30 8. Entertainment team: Excellent. Every day good show at the pool and DJ music was great.

Amazing stay
I enjoyed my stay at Riu Reggae it was an amazing experience, and I will be back. The staff was great, everything was up to par the entertainment, the ambiance was everything.

April 2025 Vacation
I loved this resort. We couldn't have asked for a better room. We upgraded for an ocean front ground floor. My husband has a heart condition, so, climbing stairs and walking long distances is quite challenging. This resort was perfect because it was small and everything from the beach to the pool, bars, food and entertainment were basically outside of our rooms. The staff were so friendly, especially Bubbles. She was part of the entertainment staff and was simply the friendliest sweetest person. Any issues were had were addressed immediately.... however, the only issue we had was locking ourselves out of our safe and staff addressed it immediately. The only thing I wish was maybe one extra evening with karaoke. I love karaoke, but, they only have it on Monday evenings. This was the day we arrived, and we were rather tired, so, didn't participate, but, we still enjoyed it. Overall, I would definitely travel to this resort again.
