The resort is located in a very safe gated area. It’s across the street of a beautiful beach. The food at the buffets was great. The guacamole & salsa verde was the absolute best. We were able to use the facilities at other RIU hotels but be sure to pick up & return your towels only at Riu Tequila. Great place for families. Rooms were nice. Staff courteous and helpful.

Amazing hotel the only hotel we have been back to more than once. Food it's fantastic so much choice. White and neon night are fab other shows a little hit and miss but you honestly can't go wrong with this hotel!

Great stay, clean hotel, staff was great. Bar was fun and roomy! Parties were great. Sports bar was awesome! Loved being able to watch sports at night. Bed was cozy and quiet.

RIU Tequila
The RIU resorts are always consistent with their service and quality. We have stayed a few different ones and have never had any issues.

Excellent Location and Stay
The hotel is ideally situated close to the beach (short walk) but has enough pool side sunbathing areas that there’s no need to visit the beach if you don’t want to. The food quality and bar service is excellent, as are the Staff!
