Great Value, Amazing Service by the Pool! We had a great stay overall and felt the value for the price was definitely met. The buffet food was surprisingly better than the à la carte restaurants, which was unexpected in a good way. Drinks were good, and we were lucky to have Eduardo serving us poolside throughout the trip—he was fantastic! Super friendly, always made sure our drinks were full, and really helped us relax and enjoy our time. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but our room was clean and comfortable. I saw some past reviews mentioning safety concerns or cockroaches, but I didn’t experience anything like that. The place was very clean, and I never felt unsafe at any point. The staff across the board was friendly and welcoming. The only minor downside was the restaurant booking process—it was a bit of a hassle. The gym was just okay, but it got the job done. All in all, I’d definitely come back again, especially with my kids.

The Triplets
We had a BLAST!!!! We enjoyed EVERYTHING! ESPECIALLY THE WHALES! We enjoyed the BEAUTIFUL ROOMS, AMAZING FOOD, GR8 ENTERTAINMENT, COCKTAILS, etc. We only did the Pirate Ship Excursion on our last day and it was AWESOME! Can't wait to go back!!!!!

Hotel was fine, the rooms were a little dated but clean. More of a kid friendly type resort. The food was good especially the wood fried pizza bar. The 12 of us found the staff was friendly and courteous. One waitress imparticular Janeth Estrella was amazing. She was very friendly and attentive to all of us, great person!

Amazing Shows/Cast!
We love the shows. Our girls look forward to watching every year. The dancers are so talented and do amazing tricks. The dancers do a great job at engaging the audience, talking with patrons and getting the kids excited about dancing. Thank you! ❤️

She’s a boss!
Socorro at the Poolside Members Bar is a boss! She keeps her bar neat and clean and is super organized. Socorro makes several drinks at once and keeps everything straight. She makes the best Pina Colada we’ve ever had! Socorro makes every member/guest feel heard and appreciated!!
