Our family of six recently stayed at the Royalton Chic Cancun from January 11 to January 17, reserving three Junior Oceanfront Suites. The level of service exceeded our expectations, with exceptional attention from the bell staff, front desk, guest services, bars, and specialty restaurants. Every interaction was marked by friendliness and a willingness to accommodate. Two staff members, Damian and Eddy, at the second-floor buffet, stood out with their remarkable hospitality. They treated us like family, creating a warm and welcoming experience that made our stay truly memorable. We’re already planning our next vacation and can’t wait to return

Awesome birthday
The rooms with the sunset view are okay however, after we upgraded to a room with the ocean view it was amazing. Our butlers Ricardo and Gilberto were awesome. They took care of our every need. They scheduled our spa and dinner appointments. Ricardo helped with our returning transportation to the airport by calling the transportation agency when they did not have a representative onsite.

The room accommodations were wonderful. We had the Diamond club package and our butler's Gilbert and Ricardo took care of our dining and room needs. Our room was cleaned daily and she did a great job. The pool waiter Kevin was amazing , such a hustler from drinks to food .The Diamond pool was too warm, our dining experience in the restaurants was not that great. The quality of the food could definitely be better.

Amazing vacation!
My family and I had an excellent time at Royalton Chic Cancun! Our butlers Samara and Arturo were fantastic and made sure our vacation time was well spent. They truly are such hard workers who deserve the best. The hotel is beautiful, the beach is the best I've seen in Cancun, and the food is top notch. If you want top shelf liquor I highly recommend upgrading to the Diamond Club. This hotel always has a party or some sort of activity going on during the day and night which is so much fun! Lastly everyone staying at this hotel is very social - I guarantee you will make many friends if you stay here!

Great Beach vacation with extra touches
We had a wonderful family vacation! Sandra and Iran were amazing Butlers in the Diamond Club and helped with all the little things and reservations, etc. It set this resort apart from any we have stayed before. The Diamond Club pool/beach area was our favorite area to hang out. Carlos was our favorite waiter at the pool and Ivan and the beach. If you want to chill by the pool and beach, diamond club is your spot, the main pool is pretty active and loud mid day and beyond. Thanks for a great week!
