Sarai is really the best! The massage was extremely calming and relaxing and she was so sweet 💕💕. I’d definitely recommend her over and over again!. Thank you so much Sarai. If I come again if definitely go with you again!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Absolutely amazing time!
My family spent 8 days here and what an amazing vacation. We picked it because of the water park and lazy river (which was awesome) but the dinners, service and shows were top notch. Levi @ Zen Teppanyaki stole the show and the food was out of this world. Agave and Grazie were fantastic, the pizzas made to order at Grazie To Go and the buffet were great for a quick bite. We are already looking for another week this fall!

Mesmerizing
Best restaurant ever! Magical experience! You should go with your family or friends!! Food is extraordinary, staff is amazing!! Nothing bad to say! They keep you entertained all night long! Even if the reservation was hard to get, I recommend you to do the effort because it’s so worth it!

Awesome Family Resort
The service from checking-in, housekeeping, waiters/waitresses, vibe team & the overall staff was amazing! Excellent selections of foods and restaurants! Not only was the waterpark the best part for my teenage kids, they also have excellent daily activities AND a arcade room! This is definitely a great family resort for kids of all ages! Special shout out to Mariano (bartender) & Ernesto (waiter) they both were very engaging with everyone they encountered and made our experience amazing! Krystel from Expedia help to make my husband birthday extra special & she checked in with us daily to see if there's anything she could help assist us with during our stay. She was AWESOME!! If I had to complain about anything it would be getting up extra early to save seats at the pool (but I will mention it was Springbreak so it was crowded). Secondly, they should offer fries with their burgers for room service instead of chips! That's the only two things that I could think of (which isn'ta big deal). Highly recommend this resort to any & everyone if you want to have a good time

Lovely
Amazing resort with plenty of games with the vibe team. Had a great experience with Oto and Ada aswell as Rey personally they got me and my family involved in a word game. We also had a great experience at the italian restaurant trying different dishes etc.
