Hotel is super clean, beds and pillows are comfortable. Beach is beautiful and much better then other parts/hotels of Cancun we stayed at. Food is excellent in both buffet and a la carte. Staff service is excellent here and much better then with all other previous stays in different hotels. Especially Maria from Royal Elite Concierge and Kena provided excellent service upon check in and explained us well about about the resort and the amenities. Marlon and Angie from activities create awesome games at the beach and then lead the evening entertainment until late at night. They are great, super fun and our group of adults and kids fully enjoy those beach activities. Great job guys!

Best bartender sandos playacar
The best staff was at the 9000 bar (pool on the family side where theres the rooms are) They are fun the drinks are better than anywhere else in the resort .. . They made shur we hade a fun time they where giving party vibe but family friendly you have to stop and say hello you will not regret and have a blast Staff name: Cecy , Ruberto, Melqui Thanks for making are afternoon the best time 🤩🍹🍸🍷🍻

Ramon by the pool side bar
At this resort I found myself getting drinks repeatedly, but one bar stuck out the most. The poolside bar and the server there is what made it stick out, Ramon, Ramon was super friendly and the vibes where always up and amazing! Thank you Ramon

Sando’s Playacar review
Yamilet in the French restaurant was extremely attentive , polite, and very personal at every visit. She took the time to teach us some Spanish words. The food was always excellent. We also had the opportunity to have her at the Mexican restaurant , same politeness and always a smile. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

This was our first experience of AI for a family and we really enjoyed it. Resort was clean, lots of amenities for the family but not too big. Staff couldn’t be more helpful and entertainment was far better than I was expecting. Some parts of the resort were slightly dated and sometimes buffet food wasn’t the warmest, but fresh made to order options were always available. Most of the all, the beach was stunning. Warm water and white sand.
