Awesome time! Very accommodating staff. I work in the service industry and the staff just blew me and my family away. Monica and Jessica from the events team went so far out of their way to make us feel at home. The food was also great and the team was great at accommodating our dietary restrictions and even making us a creative item/substitution at the Japanese restaurant that was one of the best meals of the trip. The views were also amazing from the entry to the rooftop infinity pool.

Great stay at secrets moxche
Everything was so incredible! The food was really great and the staff was so wonderful and accommodating. There were too many wonderful staff members to mention in one review but the event staff, Monica Jessica Cristian and Felix were the BEST! The sports and entertainment included with our stay were so unexpected, the bike tour is a must do! And the food was so good across the board. Especially the French and Japanese cuisine. Our waiter Saul in Bisou as well as victor for our breakfast made us feel so at home. We will definitely be back!

Best vacation ever!!!
Service and respect of staff was on point. Kuddos to Jessica and Monica for being wonderful event leaders! Dinners were delicious. Perfect weather too. Activities were amazing and facilities ...very classy! Thank you Secrets Moxche!!!

Relaxing getaway
Beautiful resort with high end rooms and service. The pools were fantastic; beachfront was ok, but we didn't spend much time on the beach. Food at Seasoul was absolutely fantastic- try the mussels if you go! This is a perfect place if you are looking to just relax, drink and have good food/ not leave the resort.

New Favorite
Overall, this is our new favorite resort with the friendliest staff, food was dynamite, and rooms were comfortable. Areas of improvement include having the air-conditioning more robust so the room stays cooler, they got a little humid at night. Also in the sports bar, it could use more air-conditioning. Specifically, the staff members that we want to call out for excellence are Aranza, Julio, Christian, Regina. On the pool, concierge side, Jaime was wonderful and Saul as well, both very helpful, friendly. Also, the Medicos were excellent. I had a few injuries, that were attended to right away, very efficiently and professionally. Can’t wait to come back.
