  I can't wait to go back.

  Secrets and their staff exceeded our expectations in every way. Great food, drinks and entertainment. We enjoyed trying food items that we normally wouldn't. The rooms were well stocked and very comfortable. Diego at the pool will make you feel like family!

  Beautiful new resort with great staff

  We really enjoyed the staff at this resort. Our butlers, Eduardo and Daniel were very kind and attentive, anticipating our needs before being asked. At the preferred pool we received great service from Estrella as well as Jose and Eli who always made sure we had a great set up at the pool. The food was good and had good entertainment.

  Wonderful Resort Experience

  Excellent resort experience. The staff were all wonderful, friendly, and helpful. They truly made our trip. The resort is beautiful and extremely comfortable. Thoughtful touches include the provided Beach bag in the room as well as the nightly turn down service. They’re small but make a difference. Food ranged from just fine to very good. But each restaurant had excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends/family.

  The best experience we’ve had at an inclusive

  We had a fantastic experience with this resort. From the accommodations, to the food and service. This was the best all-inclusive experiences we’ve ever had. The staff at every level could not do enough to make sure our needs were met, and in the process, they exceeded our expectations. Our butlers, Duran Gustavo. We’re also excellent. In fact, I left some clothing articles behind in the room and Duran single-handedly searched throughout the lost and found to find them and ensure they were successfully packaged and mailed to me back in Canada. I would definitely recommend this resort to friends and family without any hesitation.

  Cold had facts

  I have a very hard time believing all the 5 star reviews for Secrets Playa Blanca COLD HARD FACTS Beautiful resort but short staffed that are under trained. These 5 star reviews have to be BOTT reviews or unfortunately these people have not had a nice vacation. From what I have been told same owner here as the Secrets Akumal and Secrets Maroma that are both very good but this one actually sucks Wife and I have stayed at many Secrets but this is by far the worst experience at a Secrets we have ever had. We complained through the Sun wing concierge app because another couple experiencing the same difficulties as us were told they had to sign a none disclosure agreement before the resort would do anything for them......REALLY.... NO WAY The building 9 concierge Demetrio and Derian were awesome. They had some one else help us but I'm sorry I cant remember his name. After our complaint they did what they could but it was too late to help our vacation. We paid the online asking price with the expectation to receive a great experience but were very let down at this resort. The sad part is we never really get compensated for our loss. Just to start Over booked with guests for the amount of staff available to accommodate at pools or restaurants. No where to sit around pool. Not enough loungers to room ratio No towels for pool area. I guess we’re suppose to wait for pool boy but where you going to find them at the jungle pool. No towels available for you to be able to just pick some up and go sit on the sand cause there are no chairs side by side. Seen plenty of people with chairs in more then one location covered with there belonging's just to hold them Beach not cleaned or organized at night for next day. Almost looks abandoned. No service on beach. No drink service. The bartenders need a lot more training for making drinks with very watered down alcohol. I had to google and show recipes to the bartender to get a decent Paloma I get the watered down alcohol or most people would probably puke or pass out the way most act. I know there is a preferred side for premium alcohol but come on. I get it now why they call the tequila Mexican water. My wife is a vegan. I know there are a few options in the restaurants but waiter in Portofino was no help for any type of special request for her. When a special request for vegan is done for her after first taste the question is....is there cream in this and they say yes. They do not know what vegan even is. In the El Patio my wife ordered vegan fajitas .....Pretty easy ....No Meat.....lol.....She received a plate of cooked purple cabbage.....wtf almost funny but NOT. I order taco’s with no onions 2 beef 1 chicken I get them served to me covered in onions so they take them back and bring 2 chicken 1 beef. This is almost funny but not. At least there were no onions. Restaurants are half full but have to wait because they say they are full ……? Not enough staff Room service orders were never delivered correct. Mini bar was not restocked in room Coffee was not restocked in room I know it’s a new place but they have had a year open to figure these things out. We are Secret fans but this may be the last time There's more to say but you should get the point. For the price of this resort I know everyone would expect better. Except for the BOTT reviews Would like to go home but there is snow at home so we will stick this out. There are better choices for less money then here Cant say I didn't warn you.
