This vacation was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable experiences that I have had in a while. Everything, from start to finish, was impeccable. From check-in to check-out, everything was easy. The staff and our butlers, Antonio and Gerardo, were exceptional! Overall, my stay at this resort exceeded my expectations.

A perfect long-weekend in paradise
We just returned from an incredible 4 nights at Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres. This was a much needed trip with my wife and I, and we were looking for somewhere that had great beaches, great service, great food, and predictable weather. Secrets Playa Blanca was perfect! We were welcomed instantly and got through the check-in incredibly fast. We soon after met our concierge for the week (Manny - he was just incredibly helpful throughout the stay and was able to add those special touches). The beaches were great and well maintained. We loved the multiple bars and enjoyed the views and vibes from the different pools as well as the beach. The selection and quality of food was fantastic and accommodated all of our dietary needs. I highly recommend the Asian and Italian restaurants, however all of the food at the resort is great and will not disappoint. Manny (our concierge) also swung by to check on us and get feedback, as well as make suggestions on how to make the most of our stay - again, very helpful! We would definitely come back and stay here again. Thank you to the entire Secrets team!

From the moment I arrived at Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres, I knew this wasn't just another all-inclusive resort, it was a carefully curated experience blending luxury and comfort. The resort's sleek, modern design paired with breathtaking ocean views set the tone for perfection. The talented DJ at Desires masterfully mixed requests into his sets. The bartenders were great, crafting delicious drinks with flair while keeping the energy high all night. The magic show was very entertaining & surpassed typical resort entertainment. Beyond the stunning rooms, what truly impressed me was the thoughtful design throughout the property. From breezy poolside cabanas to intimate fire pit seating areas, every space invited guests to linger and enjoy the moment. The abundance of luxurious seating options meant we could always find our perfect spot; whether we wanted lively social vibes or peaceful solitude. Each restaurant offered distinct flavors and atmospheres. Seaside Grill had great options & a beautiful view. I enjoyed the catch of the day & it was tasty. Our dinner at Bordeaux was a true highlight of our stay; thanks in large part to our incredible waiter, who noticed us relaxing by the pool and personally invited us to experience the restaurant. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel like cherished guests rather than just diners. The meal itself was beautifully presented. From the first bite to the last, it was clear that this was fine dining at its best. At Market Cafe, we found fresh options. The true star was the made-to-order egg station, where a remarkably patient chef handled every request (even from difficult guests) with a smile. An amazing stay
We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Overall, the resort was absolutely gorgeous. We do not get to enjoy the beach very much during our five day stay because of the heavy winds. Everyone we encountered at the resort was so very friendly. Our rooms were modern, comfortable, and the AC worked amazingly well. The poils and property grounds were clean and well-kept. We also found the food to be great! The buffer was our favorite for breakfasts and lunches. We absolutely loved our concierge, Manny! He was so helpful and kind to us during our visit. :) We can’t wait to come bask!

Beautiful resort in Playa Mujeres
What a fantastic vacation. The resort is new but so lush with beautiful vegetation. Our room was comfortable and clean. Very nice to have a beautiful swim up room too. Beach was powdery white sand and the pools were large and clean. The social pool always had something going on from a show to a game. Every day they had a special BBQ or Fish Fry happening in that area. There were quiet areas too like the jungle pool or preferred club pool. The food was the best we've ever had at a resort. Especially Bordeaux where we ate twice with our favorite waiter Alejandro to serve us. He is super friendly and funny. All the other restaurants were delicious too - you couldn't go wrong with any of them. Check in was so fast and they immediately accommodated our request to be in the same swim up building with our friends. And at check out when our ride failed to show Juliette and Frenada saved the day and got us out to the airport on time. Thank you ladies once again for your exceptional customer service. All in all this was a five star experience and I would recommend it to anyone who likes an elegent vacation resort. I would definitely return!
