This was by far my favorite trip to Mexico I have ever been on. I have been to Cabo many times, but this resort was so different. The staff was so attentive, especially our pool server Salomon was so kind and made sure we had everything all day every day. The entertainment staff was so fun and kind. They remembered our names and really got to know us! Miguel, Axel and Ivan ensured we had so much fun. I would come back to this resort again and again!

As Asian, we had the worst food ever for an all inclusive resort. No fresh fruit juice, I honestly feel like we were discriminated against because we are Asian, server don’t tend to take us to better seats, our food took forever to serve. But I have to admit it was a really nice resort, very private, quiet. But just the food, man, the food was really really bad

The resort is very beautiful and relaxing. We went with a group of friends to celebrate our 50th birthdays. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The spa was great and we loved the bonus of a cold plunge pool. The food was all very good but sometimes the service could be slow for the main course.

We spent a week here for my birthday with another couple. Beautiful views. The sunsets were amazing. The view from the preferred pool is amazing. The staff are very friendly. The preferred pool is very quiet. If you want any music, go to the main pool, but it doesn’t have a view at all. Now for the downsides. The food is a C-. The first night we arrived we ate at the Asian restaurant. We waited an hour to receive food and flag someone down to get refills. The Italian restaurant had the best food out of all the resort restaurants. We ate at oceana in the mornings for breakfast. Sometimes it was good and sometimes the food would come out cold. The Mexican restaurant was so so. The staff were incredibly friendly, the food itself is just lacking. Decent Drinks, good luck. Our best meals are when we took uber to town and ate out of the resort. The rooms are nice, just old. Housekeeping was great with daily service and turndown. We had a really good time, but very glad we got out of the resort several times for dinner and lunch.

The rooms--beautiful, the staff--kind, the guacamole--some of the best I've had in my life. It was an absolute dream to stay at Secrets Los Cabos. The variety of food options, the events onsite, and the attentiveness of the staff made this one of my favorite all-inclusive experiences. I will definitely come back again!
