Secrets Royal Beach was better than expected. The food, drinks, staff, atmosphere was top notch. We stayed in the lowest price room and it was great. Another plus was we had access to Dreams Royal Beach which was next door. We did our homework prior to selecting Secrets and it paid off.

First time here and was not disappointed. Best food we’ve had outside of the USA. The staff are very friendly and always happy to help. Ernesto was our favorite at the buffet and restaurants. He definitely wants you to have the best experience possible.

Not sure that the butler service is worth it. Ours (Julio) didn’t do anything for us. We arranged our dinners that was very easy unlike what he said would be hard to get into. I think the butler service is kinda a scam and they want a substantial tip at the end. You could definitely do without I promise.

We initially stayed at Secrets Royal Beach in December 2014 for our honeymoon. For our 10-year anniversary, we chose to return to see the resort since it was formerly Dreams when we were there previously. It was a unique experience getting to visit both sides. After an air conditioning mishap in our first room, the staff we very responsive and promptly moved us to a cooler room only two doors down. All of the staff is so friendly and always willing to help! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the resort! Also, shout out to Apple Vacations/Amstar for making our trip seamless to book and providing assistance in helping book our two excursions that were tons of fun! We love Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana!

We had a nice experience!
Great food and drink and great ambiance for mostly couples. Emoyees are attentive and respectful. Beautiful hotel and pools. Not that great entertainment in my opinion, the club was dead and we were not a fan of the night shows. One of the night they had a beach party that was fun.
