My sister and daughter and I traveled the week of March 4-10. We planned a last minute getaway get a much needed rest after facing much grief and loss in our family the month before. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. There was lot of activities. Hanged around different parts of the pools. Took a shuttle to the beach. Had lots of nice cocktails and lunch. we did bingo one night, went to Jasmine and Olio restaurant, both were great. Every morning we were greeted by Adolfo who was a great waiter at the buffet. He saw to all our needs. I’d also like to mention that we had excellent service on rooftop and lobby bar too! All in all everything was excellent. The evening entertainment was fantastic! On our last day we had the privilege of doing the Reborn Ritual which was totally amazing and it did set us up for a successful travel back to Canada 🇨🇦! Great to have met an unforgettable young man by the name of Walter, who is the Manager of the Spa on the Rooftop. I much recommend it! Thank you for the wonderful experience Walter🙏

Overall resort was ok, beach club is very nice place, beautiful beach and nice pools. Staff do a great job, they are very friendly. Cenote tour was the best part of vacation! My favorite staff member was Charlie the driver! He is very nice and fun.

Jonny at the beach was amazing. Christian was the best beach server for preferred club. Edgar was the best waiter at the resort for preferred club. Daisy at the spa was great. The butlers did nothing to add to the experience and are not needed. The resort was great, always clean, staff always friendly in general. Room had great view. Not a noisy resort, great food and great beach.

Amazing adults only resort!
Great adults only resort! Great food, service, amenities. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and fun experience! The resort offers a variety of activities and places to relax (if that’s what you want) or activities and party if you want to have some fun. The service was great and we loved our room!

Jhonny at the beach is the best part of the entire resort! You can tell he truly loves his job. He is extremely knowledgeable. Any problem you go to him with, he fixes right away. I looked forwarded to seeing him on the beach each day! He’s amazing
