Jan 17, 2025Couples trip to Puerto Vallarta at Secrets
We truly enjoyed our stay at Secrets (adults only) Vallarta Bay. The resort is beautiful and the service is outstanding. Our personal butler, Carlos Miranda and his work partner, Jose Becerra were very attentive, friendly and made our experience seamless.

Amazing experience
My girlfriend and I stayed a week at Secrets Puerto Vallarta and couldn't have had a better experience. Once you get through some short time share jargon, the rest of the stay is wonderful! We had a Preferred Suite, with which we had a personal butler, Carlos. Carlos and his assistant Jose were delightful, and were eager to assist no matter the request or time of day. The rest of the staff were incredibly kind and helpful as well. The food is very good for an all inclusive resort, but if you want amazing traditional dishes we recommend heading into town. We would definitely stay at Secrets Puerto Vallarta again.

What a fun week!
We spent a week here and had a great time! Carlos Miranda and Jose Becerra were absolutely awesome, they were a huge help with all our needs, from lining up our excursions to helping us out with pool chairs. Much thanks, you guys, we’ll see you again on another trip! A shoutout to Maricruz too, thanks for following through with our vacation club requests!

A lovely week at Secrets Puerto Vallarta to celebrate our 10th anniversary
We just returned yesterday from a wonderful week at Secrets Vallarta Bay. We had a really amazing time at a really nice property. We stayed in a preferred room which got us a hot tub on the balcony along with Butler Service which was a nice perk as he helped us make reservations and also provided us a lovely snack and champagne for our anniversary. We found the service to be really exceptional throughout all of the bars and restaurants. The food was very good with a couple of exceptions. The dinner buffet was lackluster and the red meat selections the filet and the ribeye was a lower quality beef than I've had before and we did not enjoy it very much. The fish and pasta dinners and everything else was spot on. Don't miss a lovely dinner at Bordeaux and capers was very nice as well and if you get the chance go to the Teppanyaki table in the Japanese restaurant. Carlos I Butler was superb and the Beach area and pool area were fantastic. Of course there were the usual vendors on the beach but they did not enter the property at all so if you stay by the pool you will not be bothered. The only slight downside was the rather high pressure tactics to get you to go to a presentation to join their club or whatever it is not a timeshare per se but a club of some sort. After our initial no we were still asked to attend multiple times during the week. I did not enjoy this aspect of the trip because I was there to relax and did not want to have to fend off a sales pitches. That being said go to this place it's fabulous and you will not be disappointed in the facilities or the property.

Our butler Carlos & Jose were phenomenal and assisted with many tasks for an enjoyable vacation. The beaches were perfect and the service was very good. The food wasn’t the best I have had a numerous other locations but we had a great trip with family of 8 over New Years.
