Feeling the love from the entire Staff and the overall energy is what I’m coming back for, and hopefully in the near future. A very memorable person, amongst many, was Chad, who was the Entertainment Director. His voice was angelic and he really gathered everyone together to increase the positive vibrations. I saw a lot of happy faces and I would highly recommend that you go there and experience this wonderful retreat. Thank you to everyone and God Bless Jamaica!

Beautiful resort with an excellent staff
My wife and I visited Secrets Wild Orchid April 17-21 2025. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. The staff was incredible. The food was great. Our butlers Duran and Kenroy were excellent. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. This was the best vacation we’ve ever had.

Perfect Resort
Secrets Wild Orchid is an awesome resort with a great mix of relaxation areas, fun activities, and shows. The staff are welcoming and provide outstanding service. Good food at both the buffet and restaurants. Rooms are clean and the resort is well taken care of. Highly recommended resort!

Great Place to go to enjoy!!
What a great place, you should never be bored! Bikes, Tennis, and so much more. The fun by the pool and evening entertainment was awesome!!!!!! West and Kenzie part of the entertainment team were super nice and make you feel like family. The specialty restaurants are nice but the food is average, had more fun going to the other places to eat, food was much better. This is our 4th Secrets Resort stay and they never disappoint. The only thing that I am upset about is in the beginning, since Hyatt merged with Secrets the hard push for the membership is WAY to much and when you don't want to do it, they become rude. I love going to Secrets but this jades me at the start of my vacation that I already pay GOOD money for. I do look forward to going to another Secrets in the future, but I will make it clear the moment I walk in that the push for membership is a HARD NO. I would go back to Orchid and recommend to people.

Went in April. Weather was humid but nice. Am a UVC member. Preferred beach was lovely, though beverage and towel service was lacking. Room was lovely; bed comfortable but took us 2 calls to housekeeping to get a different pillow. Food was ok, not great. Co-Co Cafe was always well attended by staff. World Cafe for breakfast was good. Omelets were great, good variety of food. Best dinner out of Jamaican restaurant, Rooftop Restaurant and Humitsu was the Humitsu. The staff there did not rush you and the food was very good. Very attentive waitress. Resort is smaller than other Secrets that we have been to. The Preferred Lounge was very small; not really anywhere to "lounge". Gym was good but VERY hot - didn't feel like the AC was working well. Did not utilize the spa other than to get pickleball raquets - which we played 3/4 days there - GREAT fun!! It did not seem to be fully booked as it was relatively quiet, which is what we had wanted. Compared to other Secret resorts that we have visited, this was my least favorite. I will not be returning.
