I have been to Kauai many times but this trip, staying at Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort was the very best. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with so much aloha and hospitality from Kamu, Micah, and Virgie. They were so amazing and ensured that our check in process went by so smoothly. I have never been to a hotel where customer service was so top of the line from everyone from the management team, concierge, restaurants, pool side, etc... My best friend and I loved everything about the hotel. The room was simply amazing, esp the showers & cleanliness. Moa Moa was delicious & the pools & amenities were simply the best. I wish we could've stayed longer. Again thank you to everyone at the hotel who made our trip so special & big shout out to Micah, Kamu, and Virgie esp!!!! We will definetly come back! If you are going to Kauai, you must stay at this hotel, it has everything!!!

Crooked Surf
Kyle at Crooked Surf is the best bartender on the island, from remembering your order to making jokes. He is funny and kind and makes amazing drinks! Definitely a place to stop by if you are staying anywhere on the island of Kauai!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great Time
Had a great time at this Resort even though it rained almost every day. Breakfast was outstanding and dinner at Moa Moa was excellent. Spent a lot a time at the Crooked Surf Bar. Shout out to Jeff the bartender for outstanding hospitality/sevice.

Crooked surf was great
Jeff at the crooked surf was great. The food was great. Food was reasonable priced. Jeff made the experience amazing. Would absolutely recommend stopping here whether you stay here or not. Ask for Jeff when you stop by for one of the best bar experiences on the island

I am concerned with the business practices I experienced on my recent visit. I booked my new years trip in August for a double queen room, traveling with my family of four. The night before I went to check my reservation and noticed that it had been changed to a single king bed. I called the hotel and was abruptly told that they changed my reservation because the reservations manager has a policy of overselling rooms and they oversold the double queen room. They also stated that they do not tell this to guests before they arrive, even though I could have cancelled my stay for a full refund up to one week prior. When we arrived at the hotel, we received no welcome drinks or leis, and were told they would let us know when a double queen room became available, likely after new years. That never happened. I had to sleep an entire week of my vacation on a very uncomfortable roll away bed. When we asked about the price differential between the two rooms we were told even if the single king room was listed as less money on the Sheraton website, we would be charged for the double queen we booked.
