We had the best time with the entertainment group! Chicken Legs always kept the energy going and the games were fun our favorites were the cornhole toss, dart game, and washer toss. DJ Chris got the music going and Bombon was great too.The sun club adults only rooms were very nice

Great place and fun activities
Very nice place and great entertainment everyday all day long thanks to Bombom and chicken legs. Shout out to DJ Chris. Nice shows in the evening. The room was really nice and clean, food was great and very deversified. Staff was really nice and helpfull.

Lots of sun, activities and fun!
Had lots of fun. The entertainment team was amazing and very creative specially Chicken legs who hosted a bunch of activities! The music hosted by DJ Chris was nice as well. We won some nice prizes as well! The room is always clean and tidy! Food is great too. Definitely an experience I will remember and would highly recommend :)

Disgusted In resort now, complaints as long as my arm Staff absolutey do not give a t*ss, already have the money so don't have a care in the world Waiting for night manager but know that's a waste of time If you want to waste your hard earned cash on rubbish then come here Otherwise, take your business elsewhere, the world is a big place, you don't have to settle for this #GetMeOutOfHere

Disappointed with Our Stay – Not What We Expected from a “Resort” Experience Our family of nine stayed at Sunscape from April 14 to April 22, booking three rooms. At check-in, things seemed fine—staff made an effort to place our rooms close together, which was appreciated since we were traveling with our elderly parents. However, that’s where the positives ended. While the rooms were large and spacious, they were far from clean. Two out of our three rooms had non-functioning toilets, we had frequent issues with both hot and cold water, and the in-room phones didn’t work. The walls were paper-thin, making for many sleepless nights. Navigating the dining situation was also frustrating. Booking restaurants through the app was a nightmare. We were not informed ahead of time that several restaurants were not part of the all-inclusive package unless you paid for a Sun Club upgrade. As a result, access was limited, and reservations for the few available restaurants were nearly impossible to get. We ended up at the buffet more often than not, where the food was mediocre at best—often cold, even when arriving right at opening. Finding a spot by the pool or beach was another daily challenge. If you didn’t claim a seat early in the morning, you were out of luck. The beach experience was further hindered by relentless peddlers who approached us non-stop throughout the day. One bright spot was the Amstar staff. They were courteous, helpful, and made booking excursions easy and enjoyable. Their positivity was a stark contrast to the rest of the resort staff, who were inconsistent at best. While we understand traveling to another country involves some language barriers, the level of miscommunication we encountered was beyond what we expected. Overall, this was our first and last visit to a Sunscape resort. The experience did not match the vacation we planned for or expected. Attempts to address issues with staff were routinely brushed off, which only added to the disappointment
