The place really needs a total refurbishment. Stuff breaks non-stop. Frustrating. Crew was helpful, but they are put in a tough spot with all the problems that we had. Beautiful place and weather though.

Beautiful property. Loud rooms/outside noise very noticeable so sleep wasn’t quite what I’d expect on vacation but otherwise a great resort with very friendly staff willing to help whenever possible. Spa experience was fabulous

The rooms were nice, house keeping was very attentive and Melani our butler was helpful and very pleasant. The grounds were beautiful. We enjoyed BamBoo-Asian and the French restaurants. We also liked the festive vibe at Hemingway for late night cocktails.

Lovely resort with great service
TRS chain has innovative guest services and amenities. TRS Turquesa is a well kept and lovely property and 99% of staff were diligent, responsive and friendly, there are several options for poolside relaxation to cater to all needs (although usual nonsense with guests reserving chairs for hours without showing up in spite of resort policies). Food is great overall - love the amazing salad selections available. It is great that guests can also access the Palladium restaurants although getting reservations can be difficult. Palladium’s Las Torres (buffet) has great selection but chaotic with kids (Juan is an amazingly cheery and fab waiter there). Our butler Nancy was efficient, diligent and responsive. Some parts of resort a bit aged but still a great vacation!

Best experience ever!
We had a wonderful time at TRS Turquesa Hotel. The Service was super. We found nothing we didn't like.
