We traveled to TRS Yucatán to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday. We could t have been more pleased with the resort, the staff, or the atmosphere. A huge thank you to our butlers, Carlos and Fernando, for being so welcoming and helpful! Thank you to Amyrani at the Infinity pool for her amazing service! And thank you to Michelle at reception for welcoming us in and bidding us farewell - you are wonderful!

Tentazione Italian in TRS Hotel Mexico
Tentazione Italian in TRS Hotel Mexico was incredible. The food was the best we’ve tasted while there, the service was fabulous from our waiter Roberto and the chef Luis Ramos too! We’ve booked again for our last evening as loved every course so much. Flavours were beautiful, highly recommend!

Stunning and so friendly
We were a group of 16 that went for a week, check in was smooth (even with such a large group and a wedding party arriving at the same time). We were able to find chairs/cabanas every day no matter what pool we went to. The buffet is amazing, quality of the food was as expected for such a large volume of food. Restaurants were great - my favorites being Helios and Tentazione. Butlers were awesome and super helpful. Could not recommend this place enough!

Customer Service.
Great service. Luis O. Was our butler. He had great customer service and was extremely friendly. We will return for a trip again this year and we hope to see Luis O. Again as our butler. Beautiful resort and we enjoy our time due to the great customer service that we always receive.

Girl friends getsway!
Excellent service by all sraff! Great management . Cleanliness was excellent! In all areas! Transportation from one area to another was excellent! No negative comments whatsoever! Million thanks!
