Love this place, love the staff!
We’ve come to VLE twice a year for the last 14 years. While we love the beach, pool, beautiful sunsets, large villas, and the relaxing vibe, it’s the staff that makes VLE great! Lorena, Santana, Daniel, Fabian, Esme, Gabriel, Lucio, Omar, Gerardo, Raul, Daniella- This dream team is the best in Mexico. They are like family, only better!

Very good
Quiet and calm with very good pools areas and great restaurants. A wonderful beach miles long. Access to grocery and other services along well maintained paths or using a bus. Easy walk on the beach or very good pathway to Bucerías. Mostly excellent staff.

Another wonderful experience at VLE.
Another wonderful experience at VLE. Gerry, Raul, Omar, Hugo and Bryan greeted us and answered our many questions and Gabby, Jesus and Daniel made sure we were very comfortable on the beach. We had several meals in LaCasona and they were always fresh and delicious. Absolutely everyone that we came in contact in the restaurant were so wonderful, including Hugo, Eduardo, Angel, Montserrat, Ricardo and Jose Juan. I returned in December and will be there in February and March. Love it so much! I will add that the dos/drink service on the beach was a disappointment both in November and December. The guys were busy all the time, but just didn’t make it to us on the beach. I think they’re likely understaffed since they were running a good part of the time.

Perfect For The Chill Vacationer
This is the most beautiful resort. Very elegant, clean and classy. The staff were all so very friendly. I need to specifically mention Jaime. He went above and beyond to make our stay not just great, but a treasured memory for us all. He is extremely talented and has a fun personality. Whatever he is getting paid....it isn't enough. We had a multi generational family of 7 and used 4 separate rooms. We all loved our stay here. Pros: Unlike reviews stated, check-in was a breeze. They pleasantly greeted us and we were promptly given our rooms (all 4 of them) Large rooms have everything down to the smallest detail. (Manicure set, sewing kit, soaps, dental kit, slippers, robes..etc) Beach area has huge cozy towels for guests to use without a hassle. Quiet atmosphere...everywhere here was very chill and quiet. This is not a party resort. You can get amazing sleep in the quiet rooms or even on the beach or poolside because it is QUIET. I LOVED THIS SO MUCH. Room keys are on your wristband so you can go to the pool or beach and not worry about losing your card! Food was REALLY good. I especially loved the seafood cocktail at the bar/grill poolside and the potato wedges. Try the green juice in the morning and the Puerto Vallarta mocktail as well! At dinner we were treated with some live singing and piano playing by their very talented staff. As an inclusive guest at La Enstacia, you have usage of the Flamingo (sister hotel with a party vibe) next door. We journeyed over there and utilized their money exchange. My son and his wife went to the sushi restaurant (said it was fabulous) and we enjoyed some entertainment. Cons The inclusive portion was done in an annoying way. Inclusive guests should have an identifying color band or a scan code on the card on the band. Being made to wait around to sign a check is a waste of time as well as destroys a chill vibe one expects with an inclusive. Waiting times for food is a bit slow. Dinner took us 2 whole hours and we wanted dessert but skipped it because we wanted to get the heck out of there already. The people that tell you about the resort and how things work will try to get you to come to a timeshare seminar in order to get a vip pass for discounts. We didn't do it, but figured I would mention it as a warning. They are super slick and nice.

5 STARS! VILLA LA ESTANCIA HAS A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!
AMAZING, CLEAN, SPACIOUS AND LUXURIOUS! Villa La Estancia offers a family friendly, all inclusive experience that will truly exceed your expectations. We had booked at a nearby resort that we ended up leaving to go to Villa La estancia instead. Not only were they able to accommodate our last minute change of plans, but they were able to accommodate our party of 14+ travelers! They laid out the red carpet for us with fast, friendly and unparalleled service. I will be back again next year, and met lots of other patrons who come to Villa La Estancia frequently because of the amazing service they receive here. The restaurant options and food were some of the best all inclusive experiences I've had, the drinks were amazing and the rooms are pristine and spacious! I cant thank Villa La Estancia enough for their unforgettable service, property and staff. Honorable mention to the amazing Jair, Marcos at the pool, David at the pool bar, Omar the bellman, Rosy with guest services and many more. THANK YOU! Cant wait to see you soon!
