I stayed at Wild Dunes for a quick weekend getway to celebrate the New Year and had a lovely stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating and my room was spacious, clean and beautifully designed. The walkable beach access was perfect and I cannot wait to stay here again!

Staff is S+ tier quality
Forgive me is the name is wrong but I believe it was Boipelo. She was by far the best customer service professional I have ever come across. She greeted me by name every time I came through the lobby and even asked another women how she was enjoying her birthday celebrations. That level of commitment and memory is astonishing and extremely appreciated. Mind you my organization had over 107 rooms for the weekend and she still could call people out directly.

5-star service by valet!
Harris from the valet team went above and beyond to save the day! I was exhausted after a long day of business meetings, was completely ready for bed and realized I forgot my phone charger in my car. I called valet to explain my dilemma and within minutes, Harris had retrieved the charger from my car and was at my room door to hand deliver it to me. Thank you Harris for jumping to my rescue without skipping a beat!

Perfect place for our convention
The resort is beautiful, excellent for our convention, workshops and seminars. The rooms are comfortable, great beds, great bathroom lighting, and good quality toiletries. Loved that they had a clothes steamer in the room. The staff was very friendly and respectful. A wonderful stay.

Seahgrove 1A / head board needs to attached to frame or wall, tv that works, no ice upon arrival, no door locks working, kitchen not equipped, not even salt or pepper, asked for wine glasses, 2 teaspoons, 3 coffee maker's that all had issues, ***clean, comfortable, view spectacular, spacious one bedroom. beach access closed, no beach at high tide,quiet during winter, Limited water pressure, 2 dish washer pods for a week's stay,
